This place is a trainwreck. I can’t believe they are opening another location at Polaris! Such a shame b/c we don’t have a ton of restaurant options downtown Powell but we definitely won’t be back

Place is a train wreck.. it’s sad because there isn’t a lot places to eat in Powell.. the large staff has no clue. People literally getting there own plates and silverware. forget about getting more than one drink. Staff hangs in the back never comes to table to check on things. Open tables everywhere, line out the door??? Sad to say we won’t be back!

Waitress nice- restaurant not busy 3 having burgers, 2 came out about 7/8 minutes before 3rd person got theirs. Shoestring French fries WAY over done, burgers overcooked, Brussels undercooked (hard enough didn't eat some) It's an average place

We waited unusually long every step of the way. It would have been nice if the bartender at the bar where we were sitting for dinner, would have asked us how our dinner was or at least thanked us. At least thank your customer when you give them the bill! We won't be back.

We never got food! 1 hr and 15 minutes - our appetizers were never put in. The tables around us got food even though they sat down after us. We got the wrong bottle of wine and had to get refills of our drinks at the bar. I have literally never walked out of a restaurant but we put money on the table for our drinks and left. Never again!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
We sat down for our reservation at 635. At 750 we decided to leave after receiving the wrong wine, having to go to the bar for refills, and the only appetizer we received (at 740) was cold and inedible. The waitress took our second appetizer to another table who had sat down long after us and just shrugged her shoulders at us when we asked where ours was. The manager was not helpful just saying our food would be out soon. No apology or anything. We left money for the drinks we had & left. It was not our first time at Liberty Tavern but certainly was the last. We went over to another nearby restaurant and had drinks, apps & tasty hot meals and were on the way home in the time we waited for one app at Liberty.

We used to go a lot. My wife is a vegetarian and they had her favorite black bean burger. They switched to beyond meat burger which she does not like because it is meant to taste like meat. The menu still advertised black bean burger so were shocked at first when it was the beyond meat patty.Went back a second time knowing this and specifically asked if it way still the beyond meat burger despite the black bean burger still being on the menu and the waitress said it was the black bean burger. She was then again served the beyond meat burger.Staff did not seem very knowledgeable when asking many questions about the menu having to go and ask multiple questions to the kitchen staff.

Ordered pretzels app never received, main meal came out ordered hot honey chicken, got four very small , over cooked tenders which were supposed to be thighs, fries cold , wife ordered Racheal not much turkey on it. Our server was nice Tommi but kinda disappeared. I can see why the place was empty when we left. Over priced poor quality food.

Liberty Tavern supported Fundraiser for local Powell Cheerleading Team for upcoming competitions. Enjoyable fun atmosphere-Staff (Addison) fantastic - food was excellent! Parking behind building worked nicely.
