Asked for buttered noodles, was covered in black pepper. You should say seasoned buttered noodles if that's what you're serving.

I always get the side of Wisconsin mac and cheese with the udon noodles and steak as my main dish. Always consistent with quality and flavor. A regular go to of mine. Tables and drink area always clean and staff is always happy ?

Every weekend I go to Noodles & Co. I always order scampi, garlic bread & marinara. I always order scampi with tomatoes and artichoke and they're always missing something and messing up order every time. Also the garlic bread is always burnt. The food is really good I just wish they wouldn't burn it and mess up the order every weekend and it's always missing something. Also the first time we went we paid on the phone and had to argue with them because they kept telling us it wasn't paid for and after a long discussion they finally found it. I do really like the food still. I just want them to work on those things ASAP please!

A good solid Noodles and Company. Food was made well and as expected. Service was quick and ready for pickup when we arrived. No major complaints, the only knock would be this parking lot and road do get busy sometimes, just be aware during rush hour and weekends.

Out of all the food we got the dumplings and the dipping sauce were the best. The Japanese pan noodles were not good. There were so many cooked carrots, they overpowered the dish. The broccoli had this weird burnt sesame oil taste. Not very many noodles. The chicken Parmesan didn't really have any flavor. Very bland. We also got the meatballs. Those were good. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Not a bunch of seating.

Parking: Plenty of parking

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp on the sidewalk.

The person taking orders at the register tonight, 2/19/24, had the personality of a banana slug and obviously hates their life or job or both. Couldn’t be bothered to even speak louder than a whisper when she did speak. No greeting at all, just the blankest of stares. It was like interacting with an alien. When are these companies going to start hiring people with a shred of people skills, or at least train them on how to interact with the public?

Tasty food so 5 starts. Service 4 in that sometimes our to go order isn't correct. Atmosphere a 5 but it's been years since we dined inside. The main issue for us is that we get orders to go and there are many, many, many plastic containers that we wash and recycle, but it would be nice if they were biodegradable ones. And our salads each come with 3 halfway filled containers of salad dressing. For two people with two salads and a cheesy bread appetizer, we have 12 plastic containers. It would be nice if the decision makers at Noodles & Co changed things up to more environmentally friendly take out products.
