Bring back their old menu. The Cuban sandwich is disgusting !!
Wow, this was just a bad experience. I have eaten at many Panera’s and always had a positive experience. They sold me something that although was still on the menu, chicken tortellini, hadn’t been sold in the restaurant for 6 months - ok got that figured out so went with a different option. It was then served cold so they did toss it back in the microwave?? The restaurant was filthy, literally EVERY table was dirty. I asked them to clean a table, that never happened. There were at least 1/2 a dozen workers and never saw 1 person cone out and clean a table. I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Steer clear!
Thanks for being unresponsive to phone calls, for not providing any notice that you planned to deliver my order 20 minutes late, for absolutely disrupting the flow of my event and the resulting delay in all aspect of the day by 30+ minutes. Thanks for pushing decent mom and pop caterers out of business leaving one subpar, soulless corporate husk of a company to provide a mediocre meal at a premium price. Thank you very much, I am sure to think twice before ordering $600 worth of catering in the future - no need to worry though - the options open to me for breakfast are very limited, so I’ll probably have to settle for your lax customer service, casual attitude towards significant mistakes on your part and bland, boring breakfast offerings. Thanks Panera, you’ve made my morning much much worse.
We ordered lunch today for the office. All got here in a timely manner. David the delivery driver seems nice. However. a Muffin was missing from the order. No big deal I figure I just call and have them refund me the 2.69 for the muffin. After a 5 min conversation about the muffin. They put me on hold for 12 minutes. to come back and tell me they can write it down in case I come in later and ask for it or have someone delivery it to me. I asked again can you not just do a refund. She told me no. To do a refund, even for that small amount we have to get a district manager involved and that is a several day process. This is just crazy to me. in the 17 minutes of time I spent talking to your employee you payed them more than that. If you don't trust local manager to do a refund for less than 3 bucks I think you got bigger problems. WOW I just don't understand. I would love the opportunity for someone at Panera to respond. Based on how they do things That is something only the corporate mail supervisor can do. lol

Broccoli Cheese Soup in a bread bowl. Need I say more!
Busy location but the staff is always nice!
Waited 15 minutes for my buzzer to indication that my food was ready to pickup, but I had to go up and ask. It was sitting on the counter for who knows how long, at least the soup was still warm. The food was good, but price is too high for what you get. The trash can was full and overflowing. Yes, it was at lunch time, but step your game up.
Very good! Got the power breakfast sandwich with regular egg and they put a perfectly cooked egg with runny yoke! Delicious!

Terrible management, inexcusable language being used constantly, as well as many health violations. Please avoid.
I always get bagles here that are good but service is ridiculously slow.
Entire order was messed up. Asked for no cheese and a whole sandwich with chips. Got cheese one big chunk of avacado and some lettuce thrown on half a sandwich.
Prices are a bit high, like all Paneras, but food is very good and restaurant is clean and pleasant.
Employees were very nice. The food was tasty as always. I got a pick 2 with Turkey bravo and brocolli cheddar soup. If you've never tried the soup I highly recommend it!
