I ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni and the cheese size was way smaller idk why but the pepperoni side had huge slices while the cheese side had tiny slices

Haven’t been here in a couple years because of issues. Decided to try them again tonight and realized why I never should have. My issue is with their call center which sounds like a boiler room in India. After going through a ten minute sales pitch, I finally said listen, this is what I want and that is it. As I was telling him what I wanted for the third time, his line started cutting out. I knew it was on their end because I could hear the other guy in the room say can you hear me. After going back and forth, he hung up on me. I went to another pizza place I normally go to and had a great pizza and service. No more PaPa John’s for me. It’s always a problem at that store.

I felt the need to leave a nice review. My pizza has been delicious and consistent nearly every time I order. It’s what I expect from Papa Johns. Idk if you guys got some new employees/management, but there has been improvement in the presentation and quality. I always order online, they have good deals, and I use their tracker. It’s also ready really fast! I previously ordered the calzone crust, and I think it’s been my favorite order yet. You guys are doing a great job, keep up the good work.

Order your pizza about 2hrs before you actually need it.
Called to place an order and got a foreign call center. For a pizza?Hung up to place an order online. Success email and card was charged.After an hour of waiting for my delivery, I called to check on the status and got a person in the store. Was told my order just came in from the call center and would be another 1 hour and 45 minutes. The person in the store said this happens all the time.Cancelled the order and asked for a refund, they said it will process in 3-5 business days. They had no way to send a receipt or confirmation.

They only get one star because there is no option for a zero. I ordered online. Pizza arrived sooner than expected. Sadly, the order included a vegetarian pizza and garlic knots. What we received was a pepperoni pizza with cinnamon buns on the side. When we called they actually accused us of ordering from the wrong franchise. We double checked. Nope. We ordered correctly. Ultimately they offered to send the correct order but is now more than an hour late.To be honest, the pizza, even when delivered correctly is average or less than that at best.

Odd to write a review on a chain restaurant but this is a frustrating branch of Papa Johns. We order from here regularly and it's really a 60/40 situation. 60% of the time you get what you order in a reasonable time. The other 40% of the time you get significant delays in service or they shut down service completely (can't order through app and they don't answer phone). This has been an ongoing issue for the 4 years we have been using this location. During COVID when these issues were happening I could understand, but it continues to happen (happened tonight- ordered and the app said 15-25 minutes, I arrived 45 minutes later and it wasn't even made yet). They only had 1 person working tonight so not her fault- in my experience persistent staffing issues are related to poor management or inability to attract/keep good workers. Hope they start getting better soon- Jet's is close and doesn't seem to have these same issues.

Do not order pizza from here.We waited 30 minutes after the pizza was supposedly ready. They said it would be 20 minutes after 25 minutes re entered the store and one of the girls working there I asked where’s my food? It’s going in the oven next. People storming out that have waited over an hour. I highly recommend choosing a different location. We’ve always loved papa johns until they wasted over an hour of our time. Ended up eating iaconos!
