I felt the need to leave a nice review. My pizza has been delicious and consistent nearly every time I order. It’s what I expect from Papa Johns. Idk if you guys got some new employees/management, but there has been improvement in the presentation and quality. I always order online, they have good deals, and I use their tracker. It’s also ready really fast! I previously ordered the calzone crust, and I think it’s been my favorite order yet. You guys are doing a great job, keep up the good work.

Called to place an order and got a foreign call center. For a pizza?Hung up to place an order online. Success email and card was charged.After an hour of waiting for my delivery, I called to check on the status and got a person in the store. Was told my order just came in from the call center and would be another 1 hour and 45 minutes. The person in the store said this happens all the time.Cancelled the order and asked for a refund, they said it will process in 3-5 business days. They had no way to send a receipt or confirmation.

They only get one star because there is no option for a zero. I ordered online. Pizza arrived sooner than expected. Sadly, the order included a vegetarian pizza and garlic knots. What we received was a pepperoni pizza with cinnamon buns on the side. When we called they actually accused us of ordering from the wrong franchise. We double checked. Nope. We ordered correctly. Ultimately they offered to send the correct order but is now more than an hour late.To be honest, the pizza, even when delivered correctly is average or less than that at best.

Odd to write a review on a chain restaurant but this is a frustrating branch of Papa Johns. We order from here regularly and it's really a 60/40 situation. 60% of the time you get what you order in a reasonable time. The other 40% of the time you get significant delays in service or they shut down service completely (can't order through app and they don't answer phone). This has been an ongoing issue for the 4 years we have been using this location. During COVID when these issues were happening I could understand, but it continues to happen (happened tonight- ordered and the app said 15-25 minutes, I arrived 45 minutes later and it wasn't even made yet). They only had 1 person working tonight so not her fault- in my experience persistent staffing issues are related to poor management or inability to attract/keep good workers. Hope they start getting better soon- Jet's is close and doesn't seem to have these same issues.

Do not order pizza from here.We waited 30 minutes after the pizza was supposedly ready. They said it would be 20 minutes after 25 minutes re entered the store and one of the girls working there I asked where’s my food? It’s going in the oven next. People storming out that have waited over an hour. I highly recommend choosing a different location. We’ve always loved papa johns until they wasted over an hour of our time. Ended up eating iaconos!

I went to this pizzeria to pick up a pizza, I kindly asked the guy where I could keep the pizza bags, an absolutely rude girl without any kind of education, empathy and respect, she rudely replied that they didn't have any, I kept talking to him boy oh what she responded to everything (without me talking to her). It's sad to go looking for a pizza to eat in peace and find these types of people working in a food place. a person who definitely shouldn't be working with clients. the boy is very kind. she is the tallest girl with tattoos.

None of the toppings matched the order made thru DoorDash at this Papa John’s store. When I called the Manager, she did not apologize , or even seemed concerned, asked to speak with Door Dash to resolve issue.
Picked up a pizza this afternoon and for the third time we have been pleased. Short wait time, order was correct and baked nicely. All 3 times the employees have been friendly. Typical tasting Papa John’s pizza.

The driver delivered to a neighbor who has a significantly different address. We called in and asked for a refund because, duh, who wouldn't? I believe we talked to Jeff, who claimed he was the manger, and the guy was literally half gone. He was completely rude and said he would only give a credit for half the order that could be used on a future order. We obviously wanted a refund because we will never order from there again. I asked him why he was being so rude when I have been nothing but polite and he started going off on me and hung up. Thankfully I have an app that records all my phone calls so this will be fun sending to corporate. He told my husband on the follow-up call that he "will make sure we never order from them again." Maybe I'll just post the call on reddit anyways. He was such a charmer. Good luck if you order from here. We are filing a charge back to get our money back. The guy needs to get a life and definitely a job that isn't so difficult for him. I almost feel pity for someone so emotionally unstable. Boo hoo, give the money back. Service unfortunately became horrible. Delivery orders are always very much delayed and pick up orders are also a bit of a hassle when there is no one at store to give you your order after a long wait in the car, and workers there need a little bit positive attitude when treating with customers. Pizza quality still relatively within acceptable range. It is not my best recommended pizza place and I am thinking to leave Papa John for good.
