Typically when we order pizza we go to this Pizza Hut and the customer service is excellent. However, the experience this evening was the exact opposite. The GM Nate was kind enough to offer us a pizza credit due to the store needing to cancel our order due to lack of inventory a week ago. This Pizza Hut location has the BEST customer service. I ordered a Build Your Own pizza the previous night from my local Pizza Hut and the toppings were sparse...totally disappointed. The next day (just to make my pizza-wanting belly satisfied) I ordered the same pizza from the Powell location...this time around was an A++! I went in for pizza, they handed me fried chicken. I was insulted. Plus the Pepsi tasted like soap. Have they even gone to Pizza School?
