My gawd! How does anyone keep eating that food from Pizza Hut? The pizza was bland & dormant. The bread sticks were horrendously stale. The only plus were surprisingly the CinnaBons.

I miss the old school Pizza Huts. Checked table cloths, pitchers of pop, great pan pizza. This place isn't bad at all. They really try to keep it staffed.

We pick up pizza here once a week and always friendly and helpful. When you order and wait for it, it doesn't take long. Employees are always helpful with ordering. Use online ordering for great deals.

I went in for pizza, they handed me fried chicken. I was insulted. Plus the Pepsi tasted like soap. Have they even gone to Pizza School?
Typically when we order pizza we go to this Pizza Hut and the customer service is excellent. However, the experience this evening was the exact opposite. The GM Nate was kind enough to offer us a pizza credit due to the store needing to cancel our order due to lack of inventory a week ago. We tried to order said pizza this evening and the Manager working tonight stated we don’t have a credit on our account and that we were demanding a free pizza and we could take our business elsewhere. The Manager working this evening needs a crash course in customer service.

This Pizza Hut location has the BEST customer service. I ordered a Build Your Own pizza the previous night from my local Pizza Hut and the toppings were sparse...totally disappointed. The next day (just to make my pizza-wanting belly satisfied) I ordered the same pizza from the Powell location...this time around was an A++! Not only was my pizza loaded with toppings and drizzle, but the crew also gave me 2... As in TWO... Free dipping sauces as well. If your craving pizza, GO TO THIS LOCATION!
