I brought my client, who is disabled, to this establishment. When we walked in, the young woman with dark hair wearing a hair clip did not greet or acknowledge us. Instead, she began talking to a young man with dark curly hair and continued to ignore us. The young woman with light hair was the only one who spoke to us—she seated us and brought our drinks.
Our waiter, Larry, served every other table before us, even though we arrived first. When I ordered for my client—bacon, eggs, sausage, and pancakes—he brought scrambled eggs and about six pieces of bacon, with no sausage or pancakes. He rarely checked on our table. I was so disappointed that I chose not to order food for myself and focused only on making sure my client ate.
When Larry finally returned and asked how the food was, my client said it was okay. Larry laughed and said something along the lines of, “Oh, he likes it—it’s good,” which felt very dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, the lack of acknowledgment, poor service, and dismissive attitude made this a very disappointing experience.

I had never been to Scramblers before today, but I went, and I loved it! I got a waffle with yogurt on the side. It was so amazing. And there's unlimited waffles? What? I definitely would recommend.

I ordered the veggie omelet, gravy and biscuits, orange juice and a side of sour cream. The veggie omelet was great- 10/10. The potato chucks were decent, too. The gravy did not taste good however the biscuits were nice and soft. My side of sour cream was $1.79 and my skinny glass of orange juice was $3.99- both overpriced in my opinion. This is my 4th breakfast diner in 5 days and it’s been the best experience. Food looked beautiful and only took 12 mins to come out. I was seated immediately. Everything was clean and my server was kind. Wish the gravy tasted better. Would come again.

Scramblers is a good place to eat breakfast or lunch. I personally get the traditional eggs benedict because it is one of my favorite dishes. They also have pancakes and Belgium waffles for those people who like those kind of dishes. Give them a try if you have never been there.

Excellent service! A lot of average food. Go for volume not quality.

Great place for breakfast, lunch or brunch. There is something for the whole family. We lived the French toast and the omelets. Home style potatoes are spiced right and good. Great service and fast enough even during busy hours.
