One star simply because there is no seating. Dropped my car off for service nearby for several hours and needed to work. Ubers to this location to walk in and find no seatings, just a counter. Walked in 30 degrees to the nearest Kroger Starbucks, which also has no tables. Not what I expect when visiting a stand alone Starbucks location.

An unfortunate representation of the Starbucks brand in a prime real estate location. No restrooms, no seating, register is always down so you’re unable to place orders inside, drive through line is always very long. Only pro is employees are kind.

Ordered Pike place roast and got a big cup of old coffee that is not even closer to the taste of Pike place. No sleeve available to carry the hot cup. No sticks for stirring. The coffee tastes like a year old. Terrible.

I work out of my car, and I am on the go all day. I wanted a cup of coffee, and I needed to go to the bathroom. There is no bathroom, so I left. If this is the direction starbucks is going, then I will have to start going elsewhere.

I've seen this location go through a drastic transformation to the store's detriment. They've become a stand-alone store with neither restrooms nor seating to dine in, in a prominent location. SMH. During my last visit (11/5/23), I purchased my usual Chai Tea latte, which tasted like nothing. I had to have them remake it. Even after the remake, it wasn't the best. I also purchased the spinach and egg white wrap. I requested that they double toast it. It looked good and felt hot when I got it. However, as I ate it, the center was ice cold. I don't plan on patronizing this location anymore.

Jules is an awesome Barista, that made me feel welcome when I first walked in. I had my drink in hand very quickly and it was delicious!! I will definitely go back and I hope I get the opportunity to have Jules as my Barista again.

Not sure what the issue is here, staff is rude, things take forever, 30 minutes to get coffee sometimes, and not very well made. Not consistent at all.

The staff are always very nice and friendly. Drinks are almost always made correctly, even with multiple customizations. They work as quickly as they can, but this location is almost always a 20 minute wait in the mornings, even if you order ahead on the app. Powell really needs a second standalone location (not in a grocery store) to help alleviate the stress on this store.

Only think you should remove the "dine in" in the description. I took an Uber there just to find out not a Starbucks with seats and outlets for study

I was came in-store to make the order for the “ bacon sausage and egg wrap “ at 14:04 . I said 2 order but some how the staff just put only one. My wife come pick it up for me and she got the only one. She trying to make sure the order and she would pay for another one.She waited in the corner and she over hearing the conversation between the staff.One of them said we make up the problem and trying to get the extra one for free. Another staff said he can smell the “ Nails smell “ ….We do nails. We right the next store of this Starbucks. We support them everyday .I Expect the call from the manager to explains what is “ Nails smell “ mean.
