My Order: I got a caramel machiato with 3 spots of blonde espresso, light ice, and extra caramel sauce. Execution of Order: My order was made perfectly and it tasted great. Staff and Services: The staff here are super sweet and welcoming. They are very well trained as all my drinks have always been made perfectly. Prices: The prices are the same here as they are at other Starbucks locations that reside within a kroger. Prices in my opium are very fair. There were four people working this Starbucks and it was still super slow. One of the workers was just standing there. The staff from previous times was a lot quicker and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years and quit after the staff started lacking. Probably won’t be back.

Came here at 8:45 AM, saw Pam, who works there and asked if the store is open. She said in another 30 min. I vhecked the Starbucks site and google and both said the location is opened. I came back to Pam and asked why she is closed. She said she needs a 30 min break vecause she is alone there since 6 AM. Did not see alot of people there. Really? She just started her work. I drow specifically to buy a coffee only to listen she is closed, because not in the mood of working. Then sge just left on me and came back in 10 min and started to serve customers who came during ger absence. Completely rude and incompetent behavior.

There was only one person working. I ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato and a regular iced caramel macchiato is what was made, so he had to re make my drink and had me pour the cloud in my cup myself. He needs more training and there shouldn't be just one person working.
