Out of espresso shots. Out of oat milk and a bad attitude. After we ordered our oat milk chai they came out at room temperature! I did ask to be heated a bit more the barista took both chai and threw them in the sink then looked at me and said we are out of oat milk I will make them and the regular milk I said I will take one and regular but my wife is allergic she cannot take regular milk then the barista suggested almond milk I did ask if it will taste funny since it is called oat milk chai The barista looked at me and said you really don't have another choice here.

One of the baristas made consistent inappropriate comments and advances to multiple staff members and HR did nothing to solve it. He remained employed and scheduled for months although HR and managers were aware of his behaviors. Numerous complaints were made and nothing was handled. Very sad, enabling and unprofessional of this store.

I ordered a Mocha frappuccino on 11:00am 11/26/2021. Disappointed! There was too much of ice. So much so that I couldn't taste coffee at all! I don't know how much ice they put in. I think it's easily more than 4/5 was just ice. I'm having Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino all the time but by far this location is worst. Only I could taste was water and ice, no Mocha!

Mary is the best Starbucks barista I know, and I've purchased hundreds of Starbucks drinks at this point. She makes every drink perfectly every time.Unfortunately, many of her coworkers are subpar, especially Paul, who can't even put together a decent iced coffee.

Service was great people friendly, but the Witches Brew drink was not appetizing to me at all , not worth the money.

Very slow when seemingly there are plenty of people working there but otherwise usually very nice. Typically get my easy order of unsweetened iced coffee with room incorrect. Kroger's in the adjacent parking lot has a Starbucks but no food and of course, no drive-thru
