The worse food I had. The crew that’s working at 3:45 wasn’t even in there. I seen one riding a bike. He came in and started making my food.

3 visits over the course of 1 year....Never Again! 1st visit ....drive thru closed at lunch due to not enough personnel. 2nd visit....shake machine broken. 3rd visit...literally served us RAW greasy fries. There are sooo many fast food places around this location of Steak 'n Shake, any one of them will be better, guaranteed.

Plain hamburger ordered and wasn’t plain. Manager reluctantly remade the hamburger and blamed me for making a mistake ordering. I showed my kids it had nothing selected but meat. I was then called rude! My kids and I both double checked it, so we are all wrong? Even if I did make a mistake, isn’t the customer always right? Employees should NEVER be rude to the customer! Todays workforce is disappointing!

I still like S&S even though there a fewer around. I think the kiosk ordering works well. I miss the side by sides.

Employees are extremely rude, went and ordered when the order taker said to and as soon as I ordered, she got an attitude and said “omg really?” I’ll take my business elsewhere since you can’t even order without extreme aggressive attitude
No shakes.... come on people. Mcdonalds is one thing its in ur name Update this visit Didn't get my cheese cup, asked for no raw onion on western burger, was drenched in onions ?
Update again Really wanted the same thing again today and I went and got the same thing and after I was charged I was told again today no shakes

terrible experience every time i come here.left me and 3 other customers sitn at the counter waiting on our food for 35min+. one customer was part of a group and was the onlyone not served his food.

I don't recommend anyone to come here. The service is horrible, you order something and they send you something completely different and they even do things badly. The woman who delivers your order is rude.
