There are no servers or cashiers, ordering is all automated. You go in and order at a computer(lack of a better word) and seat yourself then they call your name and you go pick up your food from the counter and to get your drink you have to scan your reciept at the soda fountain. The tables weren't clean, the staff, when and if you seen them, looked like they didnt want to be there. I won't go back. It wasn't a horrible experience but it felt like I was eating at a funeral home, it just felt very depressing in there.

Be careful they will rip you off... over charged me for order... when I asked why I was told the manager told him to add upcharge... I said for what???? He said he didn't know just doing his job... came back next day and tried to discuss with manager....she no answer for me... blew me off saying I've been off for 2 days and walked away.... I will never return

Not in drive-through not inside, however, they couldn’t seem to get the order correct when I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon and paid for a cheeseburger with bacon. Was not a difficult order. I tried to call when I got home and no one is answering the phone.

It’s currently Saturday at 9:49 PM. I arrived at your drive-thru at 9:38 PM and was rudely told you were already closed for the evening. However, both your website and store signage state that you close at 10 PM. I drove 10 minutes just for a cheese fry and was turned away. If you’re closing at 9:30, your posted hours need to reflect that. Very disappointing.

Burgers on the double were smashed to thin. I didn't check the bag before I left and was short 1 medium fry. But overall food tasted OK. Good in a pinch between games
