Incredibly dissatisfied with the service at this Steak 'n Shake location. Spent $75 on a meal, only to receive cold food and stale drinks. Despite efforts to seek assistance, staff ignored us completely. Extremely frustrated with the experience.

Stopped at 3:30pm 4/11. Absolutely terrible, my steak burger was actually cold and I’m not exaggerating! Cheese not even melted. Fries were under cooked. The parking lot was empty and the inside looked closed… bad idea stopping here.

My husband and I visited Friday night. The food was decent the store looked clean. I was surprised to have to order on a kiosk and it ask if you want to leave a tip. I know it’s an option but, they do not bring the food to the table. We cleaned up our table. I gave low scores not because the service was poor. There just wasn’t any real service. But to be honest we would have cleaned up after ourselves anyway. I guess I was surprised by the kiosk it’s different it was easy but the food wasn’t any cheaper and it has fewer employees.

This place used to be a lot better my guess would be current management kind of doesn't really care. They act like you're an inconvenience rather than they are given the opportunity to provide a service for a fee. Is it a garlic steak burger if you go look at the picture then look at what I was handed, I didn't even eat it. I would suggest if you don't like your job, quit

Maybe most people that come here are like me, remembering how good the food used to be. Now it's trash. The ingredients seem to have gone way down hill, corners appear to be cut everywhere. It's pretty bad now, keep your fond old memories and don't sully them with this current excuse for a restaurant.

This store is so understaffed, 20 mins for a burger is not good, although the food is fresh and good, just too
Had to wait a while in the drive-thru lane. I think they were short staffed.Either way, the employee was friendly and got my order together pretty quickly.I love their burgers and fries, especially with the side of cheese sauce for dipping.The grease from the burger stained my car and purse, so undecided if this is a good or bad thing. It was delicious.

Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and no answered. Went in side and had to yell for anyone because there was nowhere to be found Once I saw someone it them 10 minutes to make two milkshakes when I was the only person there…

An update to my previous review.I understand the need to cut costs, however:* Breakfast? Gone. I was a regular.* "Smash" style patties? Gone. I was a regular. (the new stuff just does NOT have the flavor)* Fries? They seem bland. Maybe they changed the type of oil for $$ or health? Tend to be barely blond now in color instead of golden brown.* Salads? They used to have some excellent salads. Gone. I was a regular.As others have mentioned - Steak and Shake (the 2nd oldest burger chain behind White Castle) is not even a ghost of itself anymore.Spend your $$ elsewhere.
