So upset. Went to Taco Bell for a late night bite. when we pulled up in the drive through, not only did it take long, but they didn't let do 2 separate orders because it was "too late". We ordered, and came to the window. It took pretty long for the worker to come and take the card, and when we got our food, we were very disappointed. We ordered a cheese quesadilla and when we opened it, it was uncut. We also ordered a grilled cheese burrito, which is supposed to have grilled cheese on the outside, and there was none. Is that not the whole point of the grilled cheese burrito? Why would I pay 6 dollars for a burrito that's worth 3 dollars? I'm very confused because this location is usually very good to me, but I'm disappointed.

Staff is fast & kind. When my order has been messed up they've been quick to fix it & gave us coupons for when we came back.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options on the menu, just have to double check your order to make sure it was assembled properly

I had an issue with the tortilla chips at this location tasting rancid and hadn't returned in almost 6 months. Today I decided to go back and the chips still taste foul! I believe its an issue with their oil but wow how has nobody else complained?

I have had Taco Bell at many locations and decided to stop in your store today while I was out and about. The service was quick and the food was delicious. This Taco Bell was by far the best I have been to! The food was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection!

Most of the time the food is decent. However, during the last few weeks it is pointless to even ATTEMPT to go here. The line is easily 30-45 minutes. When we went in once, the wait was just as bad. When we asked they just said they had no idea and that it was going to take a while. We used to come here around 2 times a week but now we can't. This place takes longer than a sit-down restaurant. That is no exaggeration. This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant... Fast being the operative word. What the heck is going on there? How is the manager not fixing these issues? Ugh, it just sucks because the other location is further away but we literally cannot go here. For real, they won't give you the food you order because you will never even make it to the window.Also, the employees had the entire place stinking of weed (and we often see employees hanging out outside). If you have little children, do not take them there. I fear a risk of second hand exposure. Employees should absolutely not be doing drugs at work. During your private time, all to you and that is your business. But you should absolutely not be smoking weed during your shift. I can't believe I am even having to write this.

Wouldn't know if the food is any good. They didn't give me any after waiting for 30 minutes. I can't believe I actually waited that long, but I was hungry. They wouldn't refund me either and told me to call customer service because an hour later they labeled my order as ready to pick up so I can't cancel through the app. Stop smoking the dope at work. Everyone there could smell it. Now I am heading elsewhere for dinner and I am out over 30 minutes of my time. Thanks Taco Bell.

Always get the cheesy gordita and the baja blast a good spicyish ranchy taco with a refreshing drink that you can only get from T bell. A+
