First time visit, drive by it all the time. Excellent wings, buffalo chicken wrap, great steak fries. Service was excellent. Sunday afternoon visit, they were having a chip dip recipe contest. This place has a great community vibe. Stop and check it out.

Came for the first time last night with some girlfriends for drinks, dinner, and music trivia. We had Marissa and she was awesome! Most people liked what they got. I opted for the chicken quesadilla and it was filing and yummy! Name that tune with Mark Dantzer was a lot of fun as well! We will be back!

Stopped by while in town for a lacrosse game. Found the atmosphere super chill and inviting. The bartenders, service, food, and drinks were great. My wife and I didn’t want to leave. This place is everything you want in a neighborhood bar. We wish we could have brought it home with us. 10/10 would go here again.

I visited this bar recently and had an unfortunate interaction with management that I feel is worth noting.
While there, I was participating in a lighthearted and consensual game with other patrons. The idea was simple--I would approach individuals, explain the game, and ask if they felt comfortable briefly touching foreheads (similar to a playful, non-aggressive gesture). Many people found it amusing and willingly participated. Importantly, anyone who declined was immediately respected, thanked, and left alone.

**EDIT TO ADD NECESSARY DETAILS—THE MANAGER DID NOT IDENTIFY HIMSELF AS STAFF. he simply stated that I “couldn’t ask people to touch heads.” I thought he was a patron and I laughed and said “I think I can? I just did.” That is the point at which he escalated. He raised his voice, told me I can’t. I asked why he thought he could tell me what to do, and he THEN identified himself as a manager. He was horribly unprofessional and I genuinely believe he only removed me from the bar because of my first reaction to him (when he didn’t identify himself.

Toward the end of the evening, I was approached by the manager, John, who told me I needed to leave immediately because I was allegedly making others uncomfortable. I calmly asked for clarification and attempted to explain that all interactions were fully consensual and respectful. However, he was not open to discussion and appeared to be acting based on a single complaint rather than assessing the broader situation.

When I requested a moment to retrieve my belongings and inform my friends, I was again told to leave without any opportunity for conversation. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and I was threatened with being forcibly removed despite remaining calm and cooperative throughout.

I fully understand and respect a business's responsibility to ensure guests feel comfortable and safe. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, unwillingness to hear my perspective, and the overall handling of the situation. A more measured and professional approach from management would have made a significant difference.

I have to say it is the best tomato soup I have tasted , and that’s a lot !

Kayla, out bartender was very attentive and helpful with our food selections .
The nachos were amazing as well.

The Filling Station is my favorite neighborhood spot!!! The food is soooo good, truly a hidden gem, the buffalo chicken wrap is my go to!! After a long day at work this is the seriously the best place to chill and grab a bite with my friends.
The food and drinks are always spot on but honestly the best part of this place is the girls working the bar. Laura is so cool and funny I love when I come in and she’s working! When I come to the filling station I know I’m gonna have a good time!!

Also lookout for their trivia nights, I brought my parents and my fiancé to one and we had so much fun! Even on suuuchh a packed night we had awesome service!

The best local spot to watch a game, catch up with a friend, get a bite, and have a drink. This place is welcoming and warm. It's everything you want in a neighborhood bar, and worth going out of your way for. The staff is incredible and makes the place what it is. The first time I came in, Laura welcomed me like I was an old friend. Easily one of the best bartenders in the city. The whole staff makes you feel welcome and seen, even when it's busy. Do yourself a favor and drop by.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is incredible, the prices are great, and the food never disappoints. My friend group frequents the Filler often and even make a point to go there after our holiday parties and other special events. Laura and the rest of the staff are always wonderful and accommodating when we have a large group of people coming in. So lucky to have this place in our community!
