First it took forever to place my order in the drive thru. After the guy taking the order couldn’t understand simple English I knew there would be issues. We finally get to the window and he was completely and utterly rude. Victor Torres the “assistant manager” was the rudest person I’ve ever seen at a Tim Hortons and you expect him to lead his employees? What a joke. He handed me the wrong donut then asked for it back and when I handed it to him he didn’t throw it away he laid it back on the counter. We finally got our food and I couldn’t even eat mine it was so disgusting and they can’t even make an iced coffee correctly. What a disgrace to remain open

6 doughnuts and a "carmel late"
Doughnuts were stale, at least 2 days old, under cooked and missing all of their glaze. This thing i ordered called a carmel late was not coffee, not carmel and not a late'.
Tim Hortons needs to re evaluate keeping this location open if they can't even sell doughnuts and a coffee.
The employees at the window were rude and unfriendly and never said one word. Why would anyone continue to give this place money. Stop selling crap food and crap services. Do not go to Tim Hortons.

Used to be my favorite Tim Hortons years ago, always fast and fresh. Now it’s operated by some of the rudest staff I dealt with. Today was the last day that I will be coming here. I placed an online order and picked it up in the drive thru line. After driving off, I realized I was missing an item. I went back to the intercom and said “I was just in the drive thru line and am missing an item.” I stated the item missing and then they proceeded to tell me it was $3.19. I pull up and he is waiting for my payment and I tell him I already placed an order online and just missing that item. He raised his voice at me, telling me that I should have told him that and that there is no online order right now. I kept trying to explain that I already picked so on and so forth. I ended up receiving my missing item but I felt so disrespected as a customer.

About a week ago, I stopped to buy donuts on my way to work early in the morning. I arrived at 6:08 a.m. and decided not to use the drive-through because I wanted to choose my donuts in person and see what was available. When I tried to enter, the door was locked, even though I could see three employees inside. Two of them were preparing donuts, and the third was taking orders at the drive-through.

I knocked on the door a few times, but no one seemed to notice never looked at me. Finally, the male employee working at the drive-through noticed me. He looked at me suspiciously and walked toward the door very slowly, watching me the entire time as if I were homeless or up to something. He kept staring as he unlocked the door and, after a pause, finally opened it.

I asked him, ‘The door says the store opens at 6:00 a.m. Can I come in to choose some donuts?’ He looked very uncomfortable and just answered with a rude ‘yes.’ I tried not to let this experience ruin my morning, but the attitude from him and the other employees, who didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello, made it very unpleasant. I ordered my donuts and left, deciding not to visit this location in Powell again. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing experience.
Also donuts were not taste good either.

Super rude people. They had no one inside and I stood at the counter for about five minutes before a guy came over chewing food and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Will never visit this location again.

Some of the employees are super rude. And this morning I had I hoped an overcooked egg. Although it looks more like mold to me now. I tried calling and of course nobody answers. Posting to the Powell bubble next so nobody eats this and gets sick.

Worst tim hortons in columbus area. They just ignore customers who are in the store and no one comes to the counter. Mornings are the worst. Quality of service is steadily declining. AVOID!!!!

SLOW LAZY WORKERS WHO DONT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. No wonder our starbucks is slammed. This is an actual disgrace of an establishment after the service we were just given…. Trying to order: Lady taking drive thru orders was getting frustrated with us because we couldn’t hear anything she was saying. she was talking so quiet and indirectly we couldn’t tell she was talking to us. Pulled up to window: Not a single person opened the window for 20 mins and we could see the pace of the workers inside. Very slow. On top of everything else, the blt came with NO B.

I never write reviews but the last FIVE times I have ordered from this store it is wrong and something different. Ordered a $10 sausage egg and cheese bagel on DoorDash and received two bagels, both with only sausage. So disappointed save yourself and go to ANY other Tim hortons than this. I only order in the morning so not sure if it’s the staff then or store itself
