I go to this location everyday because it is in a good location for me. I order an Iced caramel coffee 4 by 4. A couple people have excellent costumer service. They are a main reason i came back. They always make the drink well and are nice. Because they don’t work everyday the other days that i go the rest of the staff is incompetent and rude.
Sometimes they don’t put sugar or creamer at all and a splash of Carmel when I order a large. They put granulated sugar so when you drink it you can feel it all in your mouth.
The reason why i am writing this is because they made my drink wrong and i went i talked to them about it. Theres a guy named Alex and he was rude on the speaker. I spoke to a girl with long brown hair and she got in her feelings and slammed the window mid sentence. I was not even rude. Most of the time this is how she is. Lastly, i talked to the manager who did not have anything to say even though she told me they have to use liquid sugar. She also allows her staff to bring their baby and work at the window while the girl with brown hair is holding him and making drinks? (Have seen this more than a few times).
I dont know how that is safe. Anyway, i would not come here at all.
The people that dont work well and always do things wrong are the brown haired girl+ her significant other, alex,a younger girl with piercings on her face with curly hair, and lastly the manager with a piercing above her lip who seems to tell me different things than her staff. She also blames different people and does not talk to the people who are not doing their job right.

The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches were good but one of them was supposed to be sausage. It was National Donut Day and they gave us a free donut. They were really good and fresh.

Rudest drive thru worker I have EVER encountered. Your in customer service sir, act like it.
First it took forever to place my order in the drive thru. After the guy taking the order couldn’t understand simple English I knew there would be issues. We finally get to the window and he was completely and utterly rude. Victor Torres the “assistant manager” was the rudest person I’ve ever seen at a Tim Hortons and you expect him to lead his employees? What a joke. He handed me the wrong donut then asked for it back and when I handed it to him he didn’t throw it away he laid it back on the counter. We finally got our food and I couldn’t even eat mine it was so disgusting and they can’t even make an iced coffee correctly. What a disgrace to remain open

6 doughnuts and a "carmel late"
Doughnuts were stale, at least 2 days old, under cooked and missing all of their glaze. This thing i ordered called a carmel late was not coffee, not carmel and not a late'.
Tim Hortons needs to re evaluate keeping this location open if they can't even sell doughnuts and a coffee.
The employees at the window were rude and unfriendly and never said one word. Why would anyone continue to give this place money. Stop selling crap food and crap services. Do not go to Tim Hortons.

Used to be my favorite Tim Hortons years ago, always fast and fresh. Now it’s operated by some of the rudest staff I dealt with. Today was the last day that I will be coming here. I placed an online order and picked it up in the drive thru line. After driving off, I realized I was missing an item. I went back to the intercom and said “I was just in the drive thru line and am missing an item.” I stated the item missing and then they proceeded to tell me it was $3.19. I pull up and he is waiting for my payment and I tell him I already placed an order online and just missing that item. He raised his voice at me, telling me that I should have told him that and that there is no online order right now. I kept trying to explain that I already picked so on and so forth. I ended up receiving my missing item but I felt so disrespected as a customer.
