Rude greeting… after standing at the register in silence after the last customer was asked if I was ordering??? Long wait. Bathroom was DISGUSTING… and smoothie bowl was old/ rock hard and frostbitten as if it was pulled from the back of the freezer from Halloween.

Host was just RUDE… unfriendly.Greeting was “what’s up”. We waited a couple of mins before anyone said anything. Just not the way you do things. Young kids aren’t taught manners/common courtesy any more I guess.. coming from a 25 year old teacher..

Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered for myself and my son who has celiac. I always get nervous about cross contaminated surfaces but the person who was working the window also had celiac. She gave us the best service and it was nice to know someone else understood!

First time here. Got the chicken chorizo dillo. It was good. Wish they had more soda pop options. I ordered online at 8:30pm. Went in to get the order and they forgot to make it. They did it right away though and it was ready in a few minutes. The staff did apologize.

Not sure who was in charge of the sweet potatoes today, but this made me not want to eat the food there again. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

I was on the go and love stopping by tropical smoothie cafe as a quick and convenient bite. They also have a wide variety of options and some great healthy choices. I also appreciate that they lost the calories for certain items because I've been on a diet and helps me stay with in my diet.I got my hot to meal which is the turkey bacon ranch sandwich with a bag of jalapeño chips. As usually it was sooo yummy. They are pretty generous with the portion and I appreciate they don't skimp on the protein. It's great for lunch because it is filling but still light enough I didn't get groggy.Will definitely be back and next time going to grab a yummy smoothie too!

Got smoothies because my wife wanted them. We went back the next day for smoothies after they were so good. I got a flat bread and enjoyed it. Had a touch to much sauce and I made a mess but they gave me plenty of napkins. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I dropped my car off at Oxford and walked over here like a bum lol. I had heard of this place before but didn’t realize they have food too, not just smoothies. Kenna was super patient taking my order bc I asked about a million questions lol. I got the supergreen chicken wrap and açaí berry boost smoothie. Both were delicious. Fresh and filling, yet don’t leave you feeling gross after eating/drinking like some restaurants do. I definitely get why this company is expanding rapidly throughout the Cbus burbs!

Horrible. It was empty and I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order and they didn't apologize once. Very bad customer service. And smoothie had way too much water. I could even taste peanut butter
