I suggest changing your hours on all your social media if you’re not going to be open. Just drove 20 minutes for you to be closed thanks!

Stopped in today for the first time excited to experience this place. The owner was extremely rude and had no personality. She was unwelcoming and not helpful at all.

After a long time, I decided to stop by this shake shop. The $9.87 price for a shake was surprising, but I chose to stay and work. I did not think this would be an issue. Later, the owner caught my attention (from behind the counter) and said, "Girl, I don’t mean to be rude, but you’ve been here since 10:00am… Don’t you think it’s time to leave?" I was genuinely caught off guard because every coffee shop and shake shop, I have been to encourages customers to stay as it promotes a sense of community. I explained that I had been working and had never encountered this issue at other shops. The owners response to that was other customers may want to sit there. However, I was the only customer there, and there were plenty of open seats available. I know some places have signs that limit customers time, but never have I heard making a customer leave in a non busy place. If it was crowded I would have left anyway. I expect better customer service for any place of business. I am saddened to say, I cannot find it there. It is because of this, I will not return.

I was waiting in line when 2 girls came in and just walked in front of me. They knew the person who was working. They were served right away while I stood there. Odd customer experience.

my friend and i went inside to get some drinks and the owner was just sitting there on her phone and barely even acknowledged us when we walked in. literally unreal such bad customer service. so sad considering that some employees are close friends of ours and the drinks are so good. makes me never want to go back. so unprofessional. and she was very rude when communicating to us and when we received our drinks she just set them down like nothing. i had to say “have a good day” to her cause i know she wasn’t going to say it in the first place.

Info on Google is wrong. Hours of operation are completely wrong and there is no sign of a coffee shop as google suggests. All I can assume is it’s inside another buisness.

Love this place. By far the best teas and shakes in the area. The perfect pick me up I need to get through the day

Such a shame that these fake shake shops are still even around. The owner of this one already shut down the Lakewood location so it's only a matter of time when this follows. You'd still be open if you weren't lying about what you're serving. It's a powdered protein smoothie from Herbalife...That's it.

Be warned this is a front for Herbalife, which is an MLM. The prices are not on the board because they make you pay for a one day membership, which conveniently includes a daily “free” shake and tea. This is to skirt inspections and legalities as expected in restaurants in most cities and areas and also collect your information to pitch you to sell Herbalife at a later date. Also notice how there’s no display from outside as that is not allowed per Herbalife’s rules and regs and the interior decorations are minimal with no hint of Herbalife in plain sight. Herbalife has scammed thousands out of millions of dollars and it would be wise not to feed into a multi billion dollar company that operates under the guise of “small businesses”. The shakes and teas are largely made of highly processed powders that contain caffeine, hence where the energy comes from.

This is just an Herbalife seller pretending to be a normal store. Look up MLMs and Herbalife if you want to know what they're really about, and why they go out of their way to hide it.

Delicious. Our host treated us to pumpkin bread, scones, cookies, and lemon pull-apart bread. All were fantastic, but the chocolate chip cookies and lemon pull-apart bread were memorable for sure. I would purchase these over and over again if I lived in the area.
