Different location, same experience. Wendy’s food is solid when it’s right, but order accuracy continues to be hit or miss. For fast food, consistency should be a given. With prices where they are now, it’s frustrating to pay more and still not get exactly what was ordered.

Customer before play with it and didn’t want it so they just gave it to the next guy !!!! This wouldn’t cost you anything Wendy’s !!!! This is sad and shameful!! Was really going to enjoy this !!

Disgusting. The black guy with a durag on was insanely rude. My frosty had a hair in it and they didn’t refund it. I also bought a meal(biggie bag) and I said can I have a bbq sauce and the black guy tried to make me pay aswell when the meal comes with a sauce. Can’t believe they allow this.

LaNice is always a refreshing voice to encounter at either Powell or Sawmill & 270. You can tell she takes pride and tries to make work fun. Which puts a smile on customers' faces! Keep it up L.A. nice!

Went there this morning and asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich and a chicken croissant sandwich. I got up to the window, paid for my order, and then after I paid the person said that the croissant bread was frozen. I got my sandwiches on hamburger buns. Not going back in the morning.

Edit: Instead chicken croissant sandwiches I received sausage sandwiches. After that mistake I decided to take the order back and ask for a refund. I took all the sandwiches and potatoes back to the restaurant, walked in and asked for a refund. At first the Assistant Manager, Arcali Martinez tried to argue that she told me about the croissant bread being unavailable. I advised her that the bread was not the current issue. The current issue is that I ordered two chicken sandwiches and was given two sausage sandwiches instead. She continued to argue with me until I stated that I ordered the #1 combo which was the chicken sandwich. She admitted that she should have read the order back to me to ensure accuracy, but she did not. She proceeded to the register as if she was going to provide the refund but then asked me where the drinks where. I told her they were gone, sitting on my kitchen counter at home. She then says she cannot provide a refund for the drinks because I didn't bring them back. I pointed out I brought back the entire rest of the order, what was she going to do the the drinks? Put them back in the soda machine, give them to another customer? I demanded a refund, which she denied and told me to leave. Congratulations. I will never eat at another Wendy's.

There was a younger boy at the drive through window that was so annoyed and rolled his eyes while he was handing us our food. I asked for sauce and the look I got was absolutely disrespectful. And then he said it's more money to get sauce. Horrible service!

Every Monday evening I order Wendy's for my grandsons after Taekwondo Class. There are 2 young people who are there and I have come to recognize them and they recognize me. They have always had a smile and friendly. I wish I knew there names to give them a shoutout!!

My experience was absolutely terrible. Me and my friend walked into the restaurant planning to use the free frosty tags. Immediately we were refused service, manager was unprofessional and extremely rude. He then started to shove us and put his hands on us. After we left the restaurant, we called the stores phone number and tried to file a complaint to corporate which ended up resulting in them threatening to call the cops. The picture provided is of the manager that kicked us out and put his hands on us.

How do you serve cold nuggets? Checked my bag, food looked correct, start down the road, fries are too hot to eat, that’s no big deal, grab a nugget, too cold to eat, any colder and it would’ve still been frozen. That’s just careless and pathetic. I wish I had time to come back and complain in person but people have things to do.

A shoutout to the amazing young lady in the cozy red beanie with the "Wendy's" logo and golden glasses—she absolutely deserves a special mention in my review!

Our evening started off as a disaster. A terrible traffic jam on the way to the Zoo ruined our plans, followed by two massive lines for a $15 burger, only to find out they were out of food. To top it off, we got stuck in a crazy traffic jam on the way out, with a hungry kid in the back seat. At that point, it felt like the evening was beyond saving.

But this young lady's kindness, warm smile, and thoughtful words brought us back to earth from hell(not literally, of course) and turned things around. I’m incredibly grateful for her politeness and professionalism.

On top of that, I noticed how she was juggling multiple tasks—handling orders, taking care of the dining area, and even solving kitchen issues—all while staying composed and kind.

Employees like her are what every business needs. With more people like her, businesses would be better, customers would be happier, and the world would surely be a kinder place.
