Forgets half of my toppings on an online order. Then places my online order on the wrong labeled shelf, making me wait for a little thinking my sub is being made when in actuality it's in the wrong spot. 🙃

Bad experience at this subway .won't go here again close to wear i live .but got me and my husband subs .his sub was supposed to have extra meat on it that he paid for and it was not on there his sub looked like a kids sub .and my sub was supposed to be toasted and was not done and was supposed to have vinegar and oil and had none .and also my husband sub was toasted but cold .we will not go there again. They are rude and all they have thier is kids working there need older people in there that do a good job .

This subway is the closest to where I live but I continually ask for extra sauce and every time there is less than normal of everything. I will never go back to this location. It’s worth the extra drive.

Last time I'll ever even consider eating at this subway. Pretzel was rock hard. Sub didn't have a single tomato even though I specified extra tomato and PAID for them. Also was skimpy on the Ranch. Never again.

Never had an issue till today, refused too replace my messed up sandwich and offered to throw mine away all in one shot. Don’t go here if you want good service, I showed nothing but respect asking if they could simply replace my sandwich with what I wanted but could not provide the customer with service…

Don’t order from
1597 OH-44, Randolph, OH 44265. They are trash and rude. They will make it hour before pick up refuse a refund and will not answer the phone after the first one. Corporate has be notified they are currently looking into this location and people will be jobless there soon hopefully

No public restrooms! How is this possible?

Know before you go and you have to go, they have no public restroom!! On top of that they failed to cancel our DoorDash order when they closed so we were just in a limbo for a while…other experiences I’ve had with this one…let’s just say if you’re going to get subway, go to Hartville!!! It’s not that much farther away, they have a drive thru, a public restroom and have never gave us the wrong stuff or were ever rude to us. I hate to say it but this subway is more of a suckway than anything else save your time and drive right on past…bobs pizza is in walking distance even try going there instead, bobs pizza we’ve never had a bad experience with either…I can’t stress enough…we’ve given this subway several chances and they have always be very good at being nothing but disappointing.

Stopped in to grab lunch last Tuesday afternoon, it was 2 younger gentlemen working. The place was quite busy, and you could see they were overwhelmed.But they were both very efficient, upbeat, friendly, and polite. When it came to my turn to put my order in the young man waiting on me apologized several times for the wait. Something you don’t see or hear often enough anymore in the younger generations. Or fast food service industry.So, I just want to give a shout-out to great customer service and a thank you. It's the small thing's like this that makes customers want to return.
