Looks cute inside, but service was dry and lacking. Coffee was okay. I desperately wanted to like this place, but I'm probably not coming back. Part of getting something at a cafe is how the experience feels, this felt uncomfortable. Like I was resented for walking in, resented for speaking, resented for ordering... i was the only customer.... Sorry, maybe consider a different career? It is likely a recurring problem since they were this slow on a Saturday morning (no customers at all)? idk

Stopped by for lunch ~ 2 yummy, crisp, panini-style grilled cheese sandwiches. Approx half an hour total (from parking, ordering & eating there) & delicious! Clean, spacious, quiet, fast, easy service & great location across from the town square flagpole. 6 or so tables and a couple window seats, along with a relaxing 'four chairs' casual area. We'll be back!

Had two sandwiches and a coffee. The coffee was excellent!! The sandwiches didn’t blow my socks off, I love bacon egg and cheese, this one was good just not mind blowing. Customer service was lacking. Three employees, wasn’t greeted or thanked for my patronage. Felt like they couldn’t care less I chose their establishment versus similar businesses within walking distance. May possibly try again in the future.
My only regret about this place is that I didn't discover it until I moved out of Ravenna. I try to visit whenever I'm in town, though!

I read here that Coleman helps local people to learn how to cook, work, manage a job !

Lynn’s customers service sucks. We live in Ravenna and have always loved coming but after an overall bad experience I tried it one last time because we love the flights. While the coffee is normally fantastic I’m not willing to keep giving money to an establishment that lets a rude bitter lady be the face of their business. We used to get someone different who was dry but still friendly. Lynn hates her job and customers- she shouldn’t work at your counter. Your atmosphere would feel a lot better if your customers actually felt welcomed.

The peach smoothie is amazing, the coffee cake is amazing, the pumpkin cake is pretty good, and the bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagel was amazing!

I ordered a BLT. What I got was dry toast with some bacon, some tomatoes and a little lettuce. Thank heavens I had coffee, the BLT was dry and tasteless. Staff not engaging, no customer service skills. Will not go out of my way to go again.

Just popped in for a quick coffee. The barista was very pleasant and my sugar cookie latte that she recommended was delicious and very reasonably priced. Will stop by again if ever in the area

I’ve ordered online before and it’s always good. First time going in and it was a cute little place. The service is what got me. The lady didn’t smile at all and made me feel like I was annoying her for being there. It was close to closing time so maybe that was it but I actually felt bad for even ordering.
