This spot isn't right on the freeway, but when we saw there was a vegan restaurant only 10 minutes off our route, we knew we had to check it out. I'm glad we did! I had a really terrific vegan "chicken" (chickpea) salad wrap, so good in fact that I've been trying to imitate it at home. The inclusion of chopped red grapes was an inspired choice. Yum! I am not vegan but love the healthier options here. I recently got the "chicken" salad and hummus. Both were the best I've ever had! A cute local spot that I intent to frequent as much as I can!
