This was possibly the worst BK I’ve ever had lol. I ordered in the app. The customizations are ignored - got ketchup when I said no ketchup, everything was slathered in condiments like I asked for “extra” even though I asked for “light.” The fries and onion rings were cold and seemed old - I’m also fairly certain I got a small container even though I ordered medium. My drink was only filled halfway. The only redeemable part of the meal was the chocolate chip cookie.

Went to BK today. Fries were old and cold. Cookies were cold, missing my nuggets and had to pull up and wait about 5-7m.
Kid-friendliness: Yes. Had a play area in the back.
They never seem to care about making a burger that someone can eat without dropping food and condiments all over themselves. There's no pride in how they make their food or how they prepare their food etc and this goes for nearly every Burger King I've ever been at

Called the place because they screwed up my order but according to the manager who talked like she was chewing her head she was rude and said they just didn't have the correct buns, my order was still missing an item that I paid extra for and when I mentioned my milkshake looking small when I paid $5 for it she simply refused to do anything and told me to take it up with who I ordered from. Never ordering from here again and they won't get my money, I'll go to the one further away!

Ordered online, got someone else’s order and since I used the BK app I contacted the store. Asked for a manager to fix the problem the person walked away and came right back saying he was then the manager. Said they’d make the food but can’t deliver. I’ll take a refund, got nothing but attitude and I was nothing but respectful! I have kids I’m feeding I cannot go out and get food or else I would’ve saved money and done so from the beginning, calling or using the robot gets you nowhere. Out of $25. Completely unprofessional
Everything was cold and my chicke sandwich was hard as a rock fries must have been sitting outside and must have gotten the chicken fries from the floor behind the fryers. Whopper and onions rings must have also been sitting outside . For over $40 on the order y’all need to do better or just close this place down already
We ordered 2 sandwiches & 2 pickle fries to pick up. When we got home, we had 2 chicken fries & 2 burgers. When I called, the worker said they were out of the pickle fries and substituted. Not anxious to return

Apparently you can't get any orders right even for door dash and have the audacity to charge almost $60 for a wrong order why don't you go out of business alrdy never going back here again probably should be sued for bait n switch plus theft
