This is absolutely the worst BK I've ever been to. The employees are incompetent and slower than any place I've ever been. The parking lot is a vehicle repair bill waiting to happen and the wait is just ridiculous. Go to any other restaurant, you can get a pizza at Dominos faster.

Barely anything on their burgers little pieces of tomatoes and lettuce They turn medium fries to a small order They over charge And they throw ripped up napkins in the bag that had 2 orders in it that one was crumbled up and mine was literally shredded in pieces. Over Stimulating
The people here try their hardest to maintain a job that often has a revolving door. I'm glad they're a place that's open 24 hours. Any time I've wanted something fast and convenient, this has been a great option, especially if you use the app.

i asked for no pickles they put pickles on all my orders, and no ketchup?! who eats a burger with no ketchup??? the service was really nice but the food wasn’t. please listen to when a customer says no pickle i am highly allergic to pickles.

We went to order through drive thru and she said , give me one moment, she never cane back 3 cars in the parking lot and no one in drive thru....we left
I stopped here today Tuesday May 13, 2025 for a Breakfast sandwich coffee and hash brown first couldn’t get help for about 3 minutes after I walked in the employees would rather have a conversation in the back then take care of customers….and decided to go to the Kiosk and order my self it was a minute after I ordered that I received my food I take a drink of coffee it was lukewarm and the sandwich was the same almost like it had been sitting there for an hour the hash browns were way over fried and when I asked what the deal was I was told with a. Shoulder shrug I don’t know he asked if they could remake it I simply said no I won’t return here and I just threw it away very Disappointed do better.

This was possibly the worst BK I’ve ever had lol. I ordered in the app. The customizations are ignored - got ketchup when I said no ketchup, everything was slathered in condiments like I asked for “extra” even though I asked for “light.” The fries and onion rings were cold and seemed old - I’m also fairly certain I got a small container even though I ordered medium. My drink was only filled halfway. The only redeemable part of the meal was the chocolate chip cookie.
