5 stars tonight. We’ve had issues in the past ordering from this location but they stepped up tonight and made our orders hot and fresh and perfect. Very enjoyable to eat, keep up the good work and great improvements!

Chipotle and Ravenna is a joke. Every time I order online, I receive a glob of sour cream and nothing else in my thing. Does this happen twice now and they do little to remedy the situation. Besides, tell you to submit an Complaint online. They can't even make a burrito bowl, but they want you to tip.

Second week in a row we’ve ordered from here to get home ( 20 mins away ) and realize everyone’s order is wrong. Below is a picture of what I ordered on one bowl and then to open it up and the only ingredient they got right was the sour cream and cheese. Then we try to call and it’s an automated machine that apologizes for the wrong order and asks you to email them to have your problem solved. For our family of 4 it’s over $100 by the time we get chips, guacamole and drinks to not even be able to eat our food. This is the last time I’m giving chipotle my business. DO BETTER chipotle, people work hard for their money.

Don’t order for future / otherwise your food will be cold. I’ve showed up 5-10 minutes early before my food should have been ready and it was already done. The cheese is never even melted which is odd to me. Was it ever warm to begin with?

We went when there was an influx of people, because there was a car show going on. They still managed to have enough staff to accommodate everyone and it was a wonderful experience. Amazing service.

Eh, it was okay. The chipotle honey chicken was too salty/over seasoned here. Wasn't very good. The service was friendly but for some reason my app order didn't go through the system so I had to show them the order and they had to make it when I was there. With other options available in the area, I might not go here again. If I do, definitely not getting the chipotle honey chicken.
Two lady’s up front are very friendly and welcoming, and these tacos are fire, I shoulda got 10 orders of them

I have tried and tried repeatedly to give this location a chance, but for some reason every time I have hope for online/doordash/uber eats I’m damn near left speechless as it appears whoever it is that makes the online orders either flat out can’t read or just knows a few key words. Quite literally order double portion meat every single time yet receive what looks to be a half serving compared to ordering in store. It’s absolutely pathetic. You’d think when a $100+ order comes through that somebody would at least double check to make sure it’s right. Moral of the story if you actually want to get what you’d like from here just go in.

I have had more than a few interesting experiences here. The final straw was yesterday after getting home to realize our guacamole was completely rotten and spoiled. My fault for not looking before I left the pick up window. What is wrong with the Managment/staff that they would even attempt to serve that to a customer? No doubt we would have been sick had we eaten it. Brown, curdled, foul smelling & had a liquid settled at the bottom of the container it was in. Never again 👎🏼 I wouldn’t serve that to a dying animal. Do better Ravenna.
