Went in to order 2 bowls, both of them had uncooked rice, the entire thing wasn't even edible, called up and couldn't reach anyone at the store, just to get ahold of customer support who was incredibly rude, I will never be going back, horrible food, and somehow even worse customer service. As someone who has worked in fast food for over 8 years, this is completely unacceptable

The food is is overall good, sometimes the serving size will vary. The service can sometimes be a tad bit long. I hate that the chips sit bagged all day, so it tends to be hit or miss with receiving a good bag.

I’m kinda embarrassed! I had a recent cut on my thumb from an accident at home earlier in the day- well I began to fidget with that old cut in line- and I started bleeding everywhere! The THOUGHTFUL AND QUICK THINKING STAFF- immediately knew how to help me and gave me first aid materials within less than 60 seconds, so that I could stop the bleeding, clean and wrap up my thumb. I am not only impressed by management, but also by the quick responsiveness to help me by everyone on that front area who serve the food. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF YOU! I’m doing fine. My thumb will be fine. I am so grateful they helped me through a moment of embarrassment. Thank you Chipotle Team! I will be back! FIVE STARS BECAUSE THEY CARE!!!!!

The staff! The staff here are seriously THE BEST people ever! They're always friendly and managers always make sure I have everything I need, even when they're busy with drive-thru or something else. My only complaint would be that whoever does the ordering needs a bit of guidance on that because they're often out of A LOT of stuff like a day or two before their truck comes. And this seems to happen like every week. But other than that, this is my favorite Chipotle restaurant just because the staff treat customers like family.
Dietary restrictions: Opt for brown rice instead of white if you're watching your weight or carbs.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is NOT a wheelchair button on the outside of the door and everyone knows that Chipotle doors are heavy! However, I don't think I've ever seen one on any Chipotle restaurant.

Ordered their brisket bowl with extra meat from the Ravenna Ohio location. There was no meat at all. Paid $20 for it and no meat. Not the first time this has happened. I would go back and return it but live 25min away. Wasted money but won’t order from there again. Check your order before you leave

The protein servings are ALWAYS light. Regularly disappointed ordering here! Save the money and go to Streetsboro chipotle!

Went in line knowing they were out of cheese but as we started filling our bowls, found out that they were also out of tomatoes and peppers/ onions. we walked out. we may have stayed if they offered 50% off but i’m not paying full price if the bowl is short 3 items.

Writing a low review because most times i have experience good to pretty good food quality here from time to time, but for my most recent experience ordering, my food was not fresh tasting like it was a older batch or something and , it appeared to be soggy. and my side of chips were stale from the first bite. 👎🏻
