I couldn't figure out why my bill was so much so I was going over my receipt to find that I was charged for two large quesos when I only got one. At 5.50 each They need to pay more attention to what they are doing. Plus the fact you can't call the store directly anymore to talk about issues.

Chipotle and Ravenna is a joke. Every time I order online, I receive a glob of sour cream and nothing else in my thing. Does this happen twice now and they do little to remedy the situation. Besides, tell you to submit an Complaint online. They can't even make a burrito bowl, but they want you to tip.

Second week in a row we’ve ordered from here to get home ( 20 mins away ) and realize everyone’s order is wrong. Below is a picture of what I ordered on one bowl and then to open it up and the only ingredient they got right was the sour cream and cheese. Then we try to call and it’s an automated machine that apologizes for the wrong order and asks you to email them to have your problem solved. For our family of 4 it’s over $100 by the time we get chips, guacamole and drinks to not even be able to eat our food. This is the last time I’m giving chipotle my business. DO BETTER chipotle, people work hard for their money.

Don’t order for future / otherwise your food will be cold. I’ve showed up 5-10 minutes early before my food should have been ready and it was already done. The cheese is never even melted which is odd to me. Was it ever warm to begin with?
