I have no idea what is going on down there. I have literally been getting coffee here everyday for 6 months.The last week has been super hectic. They are running out of stuff and some new girl put her un gloved hand in my coffee (they are coming from another store so watch that). Luckily the girls that have been there forever fixed the problem. I was also able to come back when they got their supplies in for a remake. Thanks to Devon for saving the day. He’s one of the best there (since Chloe is gone). Every night like clockwork best coffee ever. I hope it doesn’t keep going downhill. It used to be fun going in there. We shall see.

Food was garbage and the workers didn’t know what they were doing. It took them like 30 min to get my order and half of the workers just stood around not doing anything. However, one worker with glasses named Lily was really helpful and nice. The others were so rude and need to do better.

Horrible service. Was inside for 15 minutes with absolutely no greeting. Finally left annoyed. The workers only prioritize the drive thru. Wouldn’t go again. Do better

There seems to be no urgency here, typically waiting in line for about 15-20 mins every time. Then when you get to the window to accept your order, it’s never ready so be prepared to sit for another 5 mins or so. Doesn’t make sense when you see 5 workers working. If your going, drive the other 2 mins down to Rootstown’s!

Decided to write this review because I was sitting in line forever there was only two cars ahead of me and I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. This happens every time we come here we end up in line forever no matter what day time or how long the line is. Dunkin needs to do better and hire better employees

Blonde from yesterday who seemed to be in charge was having a rough day. Immediately specified they had no signature flavors claiming she hadn’t had time to unpack truck yet. Understandable, not a big deal. It was just her and one other person. The problem comes from her demeanor and not being welcoming. She looked like she did not want to be there. She also made our drinks wrong. Ordered Iced Decaf with Carmel, left with regular hot coffee with Carmel in it. Pregnant girlfriend wouldn’t even drink it. Waste of time and money. Hope her day got better.

The worst Dunkin and food/drink establishment I’ve ever been to…ridiculously unorganized, items missing, chaotic, careless, out of regular supplies to carry drinks, messy, poor customer service. Whoever manages this location does a terrible job and corporate needs to seriously take a look at this place. I will NEVER go back here again!

After many issues in the past, in the last few weeks, they have really turned around. Orders have been done correctly and they are efficient!

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts .poorly managed always out of products and the coffee is horrible! Trust me it’s worth the drive to another town close by for a good cup of coffee. Sad but true.

Im from Ohio & this place was so nice and clean friendly people Ohio needs to do better,they also had a large variety of hot foods too..everytime you go into an Ohio Circkle K I promise the only thing they offer is weiners?? Dried up most of the time
