4 people working 9 am monday 4 cars in drive threw and was told counter was closed. So if I drove threw instead of walk in I would have got service not I'm not to lazy to walk in poor management.

Today, I went to this Store to buy some donuts, but my experience was very disappointing. The young lady at the cashier, wearing a red hoodie, was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She spoke in a harsh tone and didn’t greet customers properly. Her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. I did not feel comfortable, and it was the worst customer service I have experienced.
Staff wasn't friendly. They act bothered that you're even there in the first place. You order larges and they don't even fill them 3/4 of the way up. Half a cup of coffee in a large cup. Should have just went with my instincts and drove the other way towards the human bean. If you look at the lack of responses to their overwhelmingly negative reviews you can tell nobody cares and that's definitely reflected into the service, staff and product.

When visiting we waited in the drive thur line for over 30 minutes! After finally getting to the window the lady treated us awful. She was allowing her ripped up hoodie sleave to slosh around in our drinks while making them! She also made the drinks so bad that we could not drink either. This has easily been one of my worst dunkin experiences and overall food experiences i have had. The drinks where discusting, customer service cold and extremely slow, and no sanitary consideration what so ever. Honestly, that dunkin either needs restaffed or shut down, pathetic!
