This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts .poorly managed always out of products and the coffee is horrible! Trust me it’s worth the drive to another town close by for a good cup of coffee. Sad but true.

Im from Ohio & this place was so nice and clean friendly people Ohio needs to do better,they also had a large variety of hot foods too..everytime you go into an Ohio Circkle K I promise the only thing they offer is weiners?? Dried up most of the time

Decided to use the drive thru, they had me to wait 15min before they took my order, finally made it to the drive thru window waited another 15min before I was handed my drink, this is the 4th time being treated like this I will not be a returning customer

Totally disgusted….I finally got someone to wait on me and 20 minutes later I still didn’t have my coffee…..I don’t mind waiting at all but there were 2 (I’m assuming managers) sitting at a table while 2 young people are struggling to manage the counter and drive thru by themselves. At one point he goes back to print something and a customer is at the counter thinking he’s going to to wait on her and he walks away and completely ignores her. You wonder why you can’t get workers? Start by fixing your management. A good manager takes care of their staff even if it means putting their responsibilities on hold for a few minutes. The number one priority should not be getting your reports done…it should be the customers. And the donut I did get was stale. It was worth the $3 to not stand there any longer and watch them sit.

I went because this location was a Circle K and I wanted a Polar Pop and got one of their Frosters instead. This is one of the few Circle K's that I've been to in a while that every single one of their icy selections was working and was of quality! Cashier was very friendly and quickly checked me out using my Circle K app and I am pleasantly pleased to say how nice it was to go somewhere and be able to get what you actually wanted.
Food is always fresh, staff are always kind and accommodating any time there's ever been an issue, my order is always accurate, and the space is always clean and inviting. They really do go above and beyond to give everyone the best service. They also have a seating area that's shared inside the circle k if you're looking to rest for a moment while you drink your coffee.

I had a super rude experience today, the drive thru line was wrapped around the gas station and I placed a mobile pickup order so I went inside to pick it up instead, I was talking to one person to let them know and another person stepped right in the middle of us talking and said “yeah we need to focus on the drive thru so it’s going to be a while” and the way she said it was extremely rude. I almost immediately got my coffee and then a few seconds later got my food, food was thrown onto the counter and said “here” and it was super impolite and rude. Immediately started eating my hash browns in the car and what do you know? They’re cold. Never again.
