I only come to this store when this specific girl is working. I’m convinced whoever trained her, trained her correctly because everyone should be greeted and feel welcomed whenever they come into a store to spend their hard earned money on a meal. I genuinely hate this store location only because of the people who work here. They’re always so snotty and loud but this girl with shoulder length brownish hair is seriously the best employee there!! She always goes above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. She’s always so smiley and nice to me. There’s been a couple of days I went in and could tell she wasn’t having the best day but she doesn’t take it out on customers like other employees there do. I really dislike the short long blonde hair, blue eyed girl there. She’s always the loudest and I can tell she’s very immature. She curses wayyyy too much for my liking and should be more proper when customers are in store. She doesn’t even care if kids are around, she’ll vape in front of them and curse right where they can hear it! Giving this store a one star because of her mainly. Service is a 2 star because of that brown hair girl who wears glasses. If she’s not serving you, go to another place! Don’t spend your money there!

Terrible management at this Hardee’s. The team lacks professionalism—managers spread rumors, inappropriate language is heavily used all the time here, and I’ve seen some even smoke weed and vape. Maybe that’s why there’s always a long wait for my food. They have weedheads cooking it. Corporate oversight is nonexistent, as bad behavior is consistently overlooked. Please avoid this location.

Why is it that every time I come to this store location, everyone’s always in a mood and never ready to serve customers? I’m never greeted nor am I ever thanked for my long wait! They don’t acknowledge customers or their needs from the store at all. The store is also always dirty when I dine in. This is so unacceptable! Who’s the manager of this place?! They definitely aren’t doing their job the correct way either. Employees are always goofing off and talking badly about others ALOUD, they don’t care who hears! The short blond haired girl is always the loudest, as well as this woman with short brown hair. I’m sick of this store! I won’t be coming back. Please get proper employees.

Nobody should ever have to be subjected to that kind of behavior. I also saw bugs in the store which is absolutely disgusting!!!!! I will never be eating there or stepping foot in there ever!!!!
