Stopped at Hardee's today with a friend she ordered double cheeseburger and I got a chicken wrap as the lady was making my friend sandwich she was wearing no gloves we spoke to her about it and she denied it but it really did happen and it's all on camera she said that she couldn't show us the camera but we know that we seen and she was not wearing gloves disgusting place don't die in there unless you want to get sick!!!!

I love Hardee's and since this is the only location by me, ive tried to gice them the benefit of the doubt but after multiple mess ups I can't defend them. I always order my tender wraps with onions, if I get them through door dash they ALWAYS forget the onions. The last 2 times I ordered spicy tenders (not wraps) they gave me plain tenders and there is a price difference. This time they gave me my spicy tenders but gave me 3 instead of my 5 piece like I ordered which is almost a $5 price difference on DD. I understand being short staffed but that is NO excuse to get orders so wrong, multiple times. It's unacceptable and lazy. Plus this location doesn't even have an actual phone number to call and talk to a manager. Again, I love Hardee's and understand places are short staffed but if you're going to take longer with my order then I expect you get it right.

We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, because its the closest place near us, but every time weve gone either our food is wrong, missing, or they seem annoyed that customers are there. The food we get is good but is never right. 😔

I ordered two bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Only got one the other one was chicken. I also ordered gravy to go with my hashbrowns. There is no gravy. Tried to call multiple times no one answers the phone. I don’t even think the phone seems set up to ring right now. Not sure what’s going on. Couldn’t be more disappointed with my service and the system that they have in place to help a customer if they’ve made a mistake.

I travel once a month a 45 minute ride to Ravenna so I always get my mushroom burger then. Melts in your mouth. Hardee's has the best mushroom burger.

UPDATE: Hardee's Corporate NEVER responded to the online link that they sent me to fill out. TOTALLY BUSH LEAGUE OPERATION! I'll make sure all my fellow co-workers do not dine there ever again. (we are constantly traveling and that is one of the restaurants we go to quite often)

I overheard a manager named All----- telling another employee that she wants to be the only person in charge in the restaurant. She also expressed displeasure with a new team member simply because she learns quickly. Who wouldn’t appreciate a fast learner?

Additionally, I was informed by a Hardee's employee that All-----is upset because another manager is being promoted faster than she is. It sounds like this person needs to find another career.

These type of conversations should not be happening in front of customers. Overall, the atmosphere is very unprofessional, and I’ve decided I will not be returning.
