Lugapha's Smoked BBQ

Most BBQ bothers my belly. I’ve ate so much of theirs with no issues. It is so delicious and tasteful. The Mac and Cheese combo is amazing. 🤤

Great food excellent customer service!! We got 2 burritos a raven and a pork sandwich all was amazing!! Sides of Mac salad and smoked Mac and cheese to die for!!! We will be back!!!

Venue features outdoor seating and food is served out of a truck, which is an atmosphere I enjoy. Upon sitting down I was served the pulled pork dinner. The meat was perfectly cooked and moist, however was generally under salted and lacked flavor. BBQ sauce was served on the side and had a really complex and smoky flavor and was the highlight of the meal (I think serving size for the sauce could've been a bit bigger for those that like extra saucy BBQ). I ordered the baked beans which were pretty middle of the road when it comes to flavor and quality, so no complaints. I ordered the green beans as my second side which I believe came out of a can and were very disappointing. I was also served a small portion of white bread which again seemed to not be made in-house (or should I say in-truck). For a $13.50 meal the portion size was enough to fill me up, but the quality left a bit to be desired. I would have also liked an option to grab water.

Constructive feedback: Increase salt levels for the meats, make all sides from scratch or don't offer them, serve more BBQ sauce (maybe 50% more?), and add a water cooler nearby for something to drink. Please keep in mind that three stars is average.

We ate at Lugapha,'s for the first time tonight!! let me tell you...their food is absolutely delicious and juicy!! It was so good we came back twice!! I can cook and this is the slam!! Brisket on point...no pun intended 😁 Ribs tender and juicy without any sauce!! Pulled pork has a little kick you want to come back for!! Burnt ends are to die for!! Mikes brisket beans are so tasty!! we didn't have a bad thing here and that's rare because we are picky!! Well done Lugapha's!! We will see you soon♥️

The brisket hoagie is killer! Burgers are great, we also loved the pulled pork quesadilla. I wanted to get a picture but before I knew it, the food was all gone.

We tried a few different things and were more than pleased with everything! The Jalapeno burger was maybe the best burger I've ever had. Think Swenson's Galley Boy, but so much better! Smoky flavor, great sauce, well cooked, and messy enough to count as barbecue. Loved it!

I'm not a big fan of barbecue but I can say that the food from here is actually really good. They were very friendly and had good customer service! If you're near Ravenna, Ohio you should stop by and check them out. Again I'm not a barbecue kind of person but I do recommend this place!

After one visit we're definitely hooked and will be repeat customers! The owners both have great personalities and offer A1 customer service. Food is top notch! If you're in the Ravenna Ohio area, highly recommend you stop by and see them! Be sure to check their Facebook page for days and times of where they set up.
