I think we have met before! It's nice to MEAT you again anywho this place is awful they had complications even putting me on their schedule like it was a big deal all of the employees were extremely rude these people they are rude with their lockdown. Periods yelling at the employees I see why fast food is failing there's nothing fast about that place their food is terrible stop spending your money on fast food! Especially this place McDonald's is gross and not worth the money!

First time eating inside in probably 10 years. We went for the minecraft meals and wow this place is trash. Literally no one tends to the front counter. You have to order your food off a kiosk. After waiting 25 mins for "fast food" They set your food on a shelf, yell your number and walk away real quick. The fountain machine, napkins, ketchup etc. none of it is accessible to customers. If you need a refill, condiments or they forget something in your order....you are forced to yell "excuse me" repeatedly to the employees who refuse to come to the counter. This place is crazy. Would not recommend eating McDonald's anyway but DEFINITELY not this location.

It gets worse and worse every time I come to this location, if your in a hurry don’t think about coming here. They pull you for the dumbest things, and 2/3 times I went for lunch they forgot or gave my food to someone else. The food isn’t fresh or hot either when you get it. Below zero temps only 1 car in the place, 1 meal ordered and had to be pulled. Huh? I get you have “protocols” but I was in the fast food industry for 15+ years and never was this a thing. Unless you have to wait on fresh food. Sad sad. If I could give this McDonald’s a zero or no stars I would. Very disappointed.

Do not come to the Ravenna location unless you like getting pulled up and waiting at the drive thru. I have been told to pull up the last 9 times in a row. And i didnt have any special order stuff. In Ravenna pulling people up is no longer a have to thing, it is routine. And prices arent any cheaper either.
