Just ordered some food through DoorDash and after missing about half of the order we tried to have them do something about the issue. Their answer was to notify us that they would do nothing, not even a refund of any sort. So I drove up to the McDonald's and asked if the manager could help me out with my problem. Shane came up, asked what was going on, I explained the situation, and he was very understanding and helped whip up the rest of my order and gave me my missing food...
