Ordered on mobile app. Arrived to pick up my food. 1st order handed out to me- was not mine. 2nd order handed out to me - again, it was not mine. I told the girl I ordered online and what I ordered. She said ok. The on duty acting manager came to the window and said with a smile, "Here's your order" ---unbelievable once again, not my order. I told her 3rd time and still the wrong order. She told me they girl at the window is new. I'm not sure why she was left at the window by herself being "new". The "acting manager" asked me what did I order . I gave her the code for my order. Then, the "acting manager" then told me to pull up, and they would bring my order out. I told her to cancel my order. I am done with the situation. The "acting manager" said good, so I left with zero food after being handed the wrong order 3x.
Hours later, I checked the app, and the order was not canceled. I called and spoke to that "acting manager". She informed me that, unfortunately, they could not refund or cancel the order after you are there to pick up.
I'm rather confused why she didn't tell me at the window that information instead of saying "good."
I'm not sure why this franchise McDonald's allows this "acting manager" to run a shift. She is not making sure the new hires are properly trained. She lacks the ability to explain something to a customer she just let's them figure it out later.
So "GOOD" for this "acting manager".

We all know what to expect from McD's but unfortunately for me, today, I received that statement proved false! Instead of knowing and excepting, to my disbelief they reached a new standard "this Suck's" is what I had for breakfast instead of my go to favorite, steak, egg, and cheese Bagel! It not only looked pitiful it was so poorly manufactured that it tasted worse than it looked? $7? Pretty costly piece of crap for breakfast! Gross! Who wants to eat pieces of crap for breakfast? Tighten up Copley Rd! A little it of pride goes a long way! Lol but on the bright side, if failure was the look they were looking for? Then Good Job! Keep it up! If not then you at least know what I feel ! Hungry!

It seems that every McDonald's that I've been to recently is so slow, so dirty and Yup, they seem to turn out food. That's okay. If it wasn't a necessary evil, I would never go.
