This is the worst mc Donald's had 2 big macs fries and cokes. They were cold all of it sandwich were falling apart buns were hard fries were cold. There are to many young kids working in their and they don't work they just play around it's time to get older people or send people through to grade the people I would be willing to do that just so you can see how they play around and don't do there work. And you got rid of biscuits and gravy one of the best sellers....

Our favorite McDonald's to visit when heading out of town. Food is always good, hot, and fresh here. It was actually a little busy when we went through the drive thru this time. The wait was a tad bit longer than usual. But everything was good.

I live in Ravenna, and I rather go to this one in Rootstown. Unlike the Ravenna one I have had nothing but consistent quality in my food and the workers have always been nice. This helps shows a massive work culture difference to me compared to the one in downtown Ravenna. My fries have always been fresh, the nuggets and filet-o-fish also always felt freshly made at this location.
