Horrible service. The dining room was dirty, our food came out on Styrofoam plates and plastic forks, no knives to cut the food. This was an absolute joke. EVERYTHING about this place was absolutely disgusting. 0/10, debating weather or not I should dispute this charge with my bank. S.C.A.M

Such a disappointment went in there thinking it was a buffet just by the name very misleading, asked if we could use the restroom and was told no we had been traveling for a few hours, food was OK I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken you could tell had been cooked hours prior was not fresh, my boyfriend ordered a Dr pepper and first sip he could tell it was flat so we told the lady and she said not possible bottled pop does that then we got to looking and it was way pass the sell date it was labeled back in July I took it up to the lady and showed her and she tried to give us another and we said no let's try the sprite the date was August so it wasn't terrible but still sorta flat overall the experience was not great as out of towners looking for delicious Chinese food we will not be back

There's no atmosphere because they closed down the buffet, which we can understand.
We find ourselves eating here a lot less, despite the good food, because they have simply become far too expensive. This used to be a good place to get good food at a good value, but there is no longer a good value here.
We still eat here from time to time...maybe every two months or so...but we used to eat here every single week.
Despite the great service and good food, we're going to have to give this two stars to reflect the steep price increase across the entire menu.

Please avoid this “establishment”! I would love to give zero (0) stars…Over priced, rude customer service, dull/uninviting atmosphere, and the lobby/dining area/stock room (multi purpose room???) was not very clean. There is NO buffet as the name suggests. (Very misleading signage). Regardless, we ordered to take out. The portions were quite small but the price was not.The food was mediocre at best; it was a bit bland and sauces tasted like they were off brand store bought and lacked any authenticity. It should’ve been a hint to us that something wasn’t right with this dive as there were no other patrons. (Maybe that’s the meaning of their name: “No 1 Buffet”; no one eats here). The entire “vibe” of this place is just off and unsettling. We will never patronize this so-called restaurant/buffet ever again. I encourage others to heed the overwhelmingly negative reviews as well and dine elsewhere. Going forward, before trying some place new, I will be certain to check out their reviews before wasting my time and money.

Insanely expensive! Being one of only two Chinese restaurants in the downtown Ravenna area, I suppose you can price gouge because of lack of competition possibly? The portion sizes are pretty small but from what I've had there, it's decent quality. Take out for $30 for a quart of General Tso's chicken, an order of ragoons, and two egg rolls seems pretty steep. You can dine in at another place toward Kent for these prices!

HORRIBLE! we got takeout, and on the menu it said nothing about veggies on my mothers meal and it came LOADED with water chestnuts and barely mushrooms which she asked for extra, on the lo mein meal we asked for no veggies and they put extra it seemed and all the veggies were severely undercooked.. i will never ever give this place business or a dime again. the people who work there are very inconsiderate about their mishaps on our food. we wanted an exchange or get a refund, instead they offered us a 10% discount with our next purchase. please save yourselves from this horrendous restaurant, do not eat here it’s bad!!! the people are so rude and stingy. please just go up the road into kent for evergreen buffet it’s so much better. absolutely repulsed by this restaurant.

The worst customer service In Ohio!!! They charge more than what is on the menu! They add extra stuff in your food And say that it doesn't matter what the menu says. There greedy with there soy sauce! They are very very rude! They never have business for a reason! I wouldn't order here again if it was the last place on earth! I'm very disappointed! 62.00 for 3 meals and they screwed up 2 out of the three. Then refused to refund or replace the order!

They lie right to your face about that they said on the phone and make you pay their ridiculous prices once you arrive to pick up. Absolutely absurd and rude people. After all the money they made off me, they didn't even give me a fortune cookie, a spoon, soy sauce, Nothing!!! I see why this place has little to none business! Booo!! Stay away unless you like being charged double what other places charge!!

I do not support this business anymore. Precovid: Lunch buffet is $5.99. Dinner buffet with water will run you $8.51 Small, yes, but the location and price keeps me coming back.. almost too often. Quiet restaurant, and friendly staff.
