HORRIBLE! we got takeout, and on the menu it said nothing about veggies on my mothers meal and it came LOADED with water chestnuts and barely mushrooms which she asked for extra, on the lo mein meal we asked for no veggies and they put extra it seemed and all the veggies were severely undercooked.. i will never ever give this place business or a dime again. the people who work there are very inconsiderate about their mishaps on our food. we wanted an exchange or get a refund, instead they offered us a 10% discount with our next purchase. please save yourselves from this horrendous restaurant, do not eat here it’s bad!!! the people are so rude and stingy. please just go up the road into kent for evergreen buffet it’s so much better. absolutely repulsed by this restaurant.

The worst customer service In Ohio!!! They charge more than what is on the menu! They add extra stuff in your food And say that it doesn't matter what the menu says. There greedy with there soy sauce! They are very very rude! They never have business for a reason! I wouldn't order here again if it was the last place on earth! I'm very disappointed! 62.00 for 3 meals and they screwed up 2 out of the three. Then refused to refund or replace the order!

The only good thing was the food was at least decent, the service socks, no refills on drinks, and not even a restroom for the customers, honestly not worth the 83.00 dollars we paid for three people to eat. And the staff was very lacking in people skills, not friendly at all. I felt rushed to place our order, and then forgotten about after we got our food. 0 stars less than 0 actually. We will NEVER eat here again . Unless the buffet and bathrooms reappear. No, probably not even then.
For the good of your soul my child do not waste your time even attempting to eat here hands down worst Chinese food I have ever had.Now my you I have an iron stomach I've ate chicken that's been left out over night and been fine.But this monstrosity of a restraunt, maybe I should call it a food graveyard is just a no.

Food is only okay. They messed up our DoorDash order on more than one occasion. This is no longer a buffet, so their name is misleading. It's really disappointing that they aren't a buffet anymore.

Stopped in today mainly because on here it showed a picture of a buffet...at No 1 Buffet...there's no buffet here lol. I am from a bit if a distance away, and this place is worth the drive. I judge a place by their Singapore Chow Mei Fun. It was delicious. My coworker got the General's Chicken, but I got to try it. I also had an egg roll and a shrimp egg roll. Everything was absolutely fresh and very tasty. I will be back, yes, but I will be back SOON.Parking: There is not a lot of spots, but it does not seem to be a busy plaza.

So, while it is called “No. 1 Buffet” this is not in fact a buffet. Don’t know why they called it that, but it’s pretty disappointing to drive 15 minutes out of my way to visit a place that has misrepresented itself.
