I know for a fact I ordered the special garlic sauce but I ended up with red sauce and I have breadsticks I can't now eat because these breadsticks are dry as all get out with no sauce(allergic to red sauce) so I'm just going to throw them in the trash and no dinner tonight. Guess I should have checked before I pulled out of the parking lot.

Papa John’s in Ravenna is always on point. I did a pickup order yesterday — it was ready fast, exactly right, and hot. Every time I get food here, it’s consistently good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

So I tried to order a Papa John’s pizza pretty simple task you would think right? I don’t understand why we have to talk to somebody from the Philippines to order a pizza. Can Papa Johns not afford to pay their employees to answer the phone you cannot tell me they’re making that many pizzas and if you are, that’s great hire somebody to answer the phone here in the good old USA.

They need a person just for the phone calls. Waited nearly 10 minutes once when I was the only customer there. Just front person held up by phone calls, for nearly 10 minutes

Every single time I order from this place they get my order wrong and are super late. I will never order papa John's again from this location or any other. You have the better ingredients because you never delivered them. This has put a bad taste in my mouth. Literally. If you need more staff get it. Not the customer's problem. If I had more time I would have gotten actual better pizza. That's my point. I still payed their ridiculous prices for basically the same quality of store bought pizza. I'll just stock up on frozen ones.
