I don’t like leaving bad reviews, it’s not in my nature. But my most recent trip to Papa John’s Pizza was severely disappointing. Where do I even begin. First of all, the guy taking my order clearly was barely paying attention, he had to ask multiple times about the simple things I had already said. Second of all, the staff took quite a long time and were not very busy. Third of all, once we did get our food it was disappointing compared to the quality I’m used to from Papa John’s Pizza. The garlic breadsticks were all over the place and some had barely anything on them and others were coated so much making them almost inedible. Additionally, I asked for ranch, which was not provided. Papa John would be ashamed. Goodnight.

Ordered PapaJohns tonight usually its decent. It was not edible at all tonight. It was all but raw, doughy, topics raw, bland. Just awful. We couldnt even eat it had to pitch it. Willnot be ordering from this location ago. Waste of 40 bucks.

I know for a fact I ordered the special garlic sauce but I ended up with red sauce and I have breadsticks I can't now eat because these breadsticks are dry as all get out with no sauce(allergic to red sauce) so I'm just going to throw them in the trash and no dinner tonight. Guess I should have checked before I pulled out of the parking lot.

Papa John’s in Ravenna is always on point. I did a pickup order yesterday — it was ready fast, exactly right, and hot. Every time I get food here, it’s consistently good, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

So I tried to order a Papa John’s pizza pretty simple task you would think right? I don’t understand why we have to talk to somebody from the Philippines to order a pizza. Can Papa Johns not afford to pay their employees to answer the phone you cannot tell me they’re making that many pizzas and if you are, that’s great hire somebody to answer the phone here in the good old USA.
