Every single time I order from this place they get my order wrong and are super late. I will never order papa John's again from this location or any other. You have the better ingredients because you never delivered them. This has put a bad taste in my mouth. Literally. If you need more staff get it. Not the customer's problem. If I had more time I would have gotten actual better pizza. That's my point. I still payed their ridiculous prices for basically the same quality of store bought pizza. I'll just stock up on frozen ones.

My bbq chicken could have been sauced more, a few had very little sauce on them. The pizza was great as always. Always made fresh to order.

We ordered a XL New York Style Crispy Cuppy Roni pizza. It's the fourth time we've ordered it. It's usually amazing (their other pizzas, not so much.). This time, we open the box to see a dry crusty looking pizza, but still give a piece to everyone (5 of us), and we all take a bite. Completely dry and disgusting. They entirely forgot the sauce, not one drop, we lifted up the cheese to make sure. We called to tell them, and the guy cussed for some reason and hung up, and then called back to tell me that they have no idea how there could be -no- sauce, and that they can only put so much sauce unless we pay for more and demanded we bring the pizza back to prove it. (We don't even have a car currently.) Everyone had already eaten a few bites from their piece and it's only an 8 piece pizza, so why would I go walk across town to bring it back for them to fondle, just for them to lie and claim there is sauce, and not have a pizza -or- money? This employee's attitude (I wish I knew his name.) has made it so I will no longer be ordering from the Ravenna Papa John's, even though we are regulars.
