I got done working a double I had no time I had ordered two melts late at night. I drive through the drive-through I pick them up. I go home. I open them. They are completely burnt. I go to the establishment the next day to buy pizzas for my sister‘s children for practice and I go right in to the same girl that gave me burnt pizza And put it in the box knowing it was burnt and said I need to speak with your manager and she said I am the manager and I said you’re the manager and you knew my food was burnt last night and you still put it in the box and gave it to me She had nothing to say but a bunch of excuses. My food should’ve been remade that night. She reimburse me for my food a day later, but if I never came back and said nothing and called her out on her bullshit, she would’ve got away with it. She has no business being a manager, and she needs to be fired. Terrible customer service.

We were visiting family in Ravenna and wanted pizza but our normal place was very busy so we decided to go with Pizza Hut. The girl that delivered our pizza was so nice and funny!! I was having a really bad day and tearing up. I can’t remember her name but she had short colored red hair and made me smile after a long day. I will definitely order from here again!
Ate two pieces before I realized the sparse toppings. I ordered extra cheese, pepperoni and extra mushrooms. There's almost no toppings half the pizza, pretty disappointing.

If I could rate a zero I would. We stopped by to dine in. We were waiting to be seated and I was shocked. Multiple employees were trying to shut down the behavior of a female employee. The female employee was yelling, screaming and acting a fool. The manager shut it down quickly, but we ended up leaving due to the situation.
