We got 2 meatball subs. They didn't toast it but instead over nuked them which made them harder to bite. They changed the ingredients in the meatballs and sauce that did not taste no where near how they used to. We loved them before but now will never order one again. Very disappointing.

Sign said they opened at 8:30am. I show up at 10am, and both doors are locked. All the lights are on, and I can see an employee in there playing on her phone and breaking down boxes. She mouths to me,"we're closed." Okay, put up a sign or something, don't get mad at me for trying both doors before you try to say something to me from across the restuarant and behind closed doors.

Try to order online, it tells me the coupon code is missing qualifying items, it's not, there aren't any excluded items, it's not expired, I tried to call multiple times to ask if there's an issue, they refuse to answer the phone. I will never order or attempt to order subway again. No one can afford 50$ for a couple of mediocre sandwiches without the coupon code and they can't even make sure things are working properly or pick up the phone.

Garbage. Closes way too early even though the site says 9:30. Runs out of bread. Employees are ghetto. Worst subway in Ohio lol. GFSFC.
Bread was chewy and subs were sloppy. Honestly can’t believe I paid $30 for two subs and 2 cookies. Do better Subway.
