Management does not seem to think that more than one worker is necessary for lunch time, BUT IT IS!! The store is entirely too busy for just one person to be working at this location. We had to wait 10-15 minutes just to order because there was only one worker. Misty did a fantastic job making our sandwiches and taking care of customers. Apologizing for wait times when it’s not her fault. Do better by your employees!!

When you’re actually open I’d rather you go back to weighing the meats I’m paying 10$ for a foot long tuna for the little boy who never brushes his hair to put 4 half scoops of tuna on my sandwich literally half scoops! He puts a whole scoop on then takes half of it off each time! When you ask for full scoops they tell you no. I’ve stopped coming here and go down the street where they do it right

Waited 30 minutes past the due time for my pickup order. The employee tells me that they were "just about to fix my order, that they didn't do so because I wasn't there." (I wasn't there for my mobile pickup order?) Then they tell me they don't have the any of the ingredients to fulfill my order. 30 minutes wasted, guess I won't eat on my lunch break!

Terrible service, the sub was a mess tossed in the bag. No cookies when we arrived. Sandwich artist stated she had them but they weren't cooked, because she didn't get a chance to make them. Yet she can be outside smoking. Wow zero quality!

Good food but one down side of ordering my food. Sub was suppose to be toasted and when I went to eat the meat of my sub was still cold. I wasn't to happy with my sub and thats why you got a one star from me. And waited 20 mins to be served when there was like three employee's working.
