I used a coupon for $8.99 meal deal and somehow my bill comes out to $13.50 “because of the drink and chips.” What? I included please toast on the special instructions and checked it in the app and that obviously wasn’t done. I never learn . Every time I get a sub from subway the bread is so hard I can't even take a bite of it . All the inside stuff falls out , and it always tastes like an old cleaning rag ?

I’m a returning customer.There is one specific employee who is always super pleasant, her name is crystal I believe. The rest are “alright” with customer service. However, I don’t know the hours off hand but I went to get subs at 8:30 tonight and they were closed. Why put a subway in a 24 hour gas station if they close at 8 o’clock? Kind of annoying but whatever. They just put one in on 225 that’s open till 11 so I’ll start going there I guess
