Apparently this location can not help customers if the reguster girl is in the restroom. Four people in the kitchen, one making food one standing around with his arms crossed, one at the drive thru and Apparently a drive thru helper?
Several minutes of standing there, at 3 people made eye contact amd yet no one offered to take my order. I think corporate need to visit and restructure/retrain this location.

I’m giving one star because i have to choose. The Ravenna wedys on main st is not a place i will visit again. I ordered chili, fries and frosty. First the service was rude. I asked if the frosty he gave was a large and he said it was and i said oh ok. He then was telling the other workers i was rude so i told him he should talk lower so customers cant hear and then he told me he had enough chili and then gave me all spicey and didnt tell me that was all they had. Also they forgot my fries. Thats on me but they wanted me to drive 5 miles for 1 fry. They did offer a free one next visit but i wont be going there anymore.

12/23/25 Food was mostly good, well made burgers fries were packed full so a bit old. Tye forgot the bacon on my blt chicken and the chicken was odd. I'm not a fan of paying extra for nothing!

Farmers Market
Waited 30 minutes for our food had to go back in the place to get our food after sitting on the side for our order just to see they had not even made it yet then I told the manager you better comp is for our time last she was nasty straight said no I was was like we have been sitting here like 30 minutes then gave us 2 sodas I was so angry. Oh yeah and the fries were cold and the frostys were starting to melt by the time I got them to the car.

Apparently their number for this Wendy's is connected to someone's mobile. My friend waited 15 minutes for an orde that had been ready for way longer. I told her to check and make sure all the food was there cuz apparently the people working at this place don't seem to care about their job or making their job pleasant for people who order off of apps at their restaurant. I am disappointed.
