Apparently their number for this Wendy's is connected to someone's mobile. My friend waited 15 minutes for an orde that had been ready for way longer. I told her to check and make sure all the food was there cuz apparently the people working at this place don't seem to care about their job or making their job pleasant for people who order off of apps at their restaurant. I am disappointed.

If u could give zero stars I would, I came through the drive thru and I was in the line for 20 mins, which they weren’t busy so I’m confused why I waited that long. Also when i finally got to order I was told that the frosty machine was out and the manager didn’t feel like refilling it, he had a really poor attitude and told me if I had a problem I can go somewhere else.This is inappropriate and it also cost the store money in sales its a waste of time and money.

If I could do a half rating I would. It is completely ridiculous how long it takes to order food or pick up an online order. I get being understaffed, but it’s no excuse. There was a worker who was changing trash while everyone else was working as fast as they could to get the orders up. He had no buisness doing the trash while they were so behind. You can’t even get through the drive through in a timely manner. I ordered my food online in hopes to not have to wait a ridiculous amount of time, but that didn’t happen. I waited in the drive through for a while with 2 cars ahead of me…finally I decided screw this I’m going inside. Where there were 2 people in front of me. 1 waiting for her order to be done and another waiting to get his taken. I asked to get my food since I had it ordered ahead of time. While the one guy was trying to pack my order and get it to me his coworker rudely took over what he was doing which resulted in an argument. The guy who was originally packing my order ended up walking out. When I left the guy was still waiting for his order to be taken and 1 out of the 2 cars that were in front of me in the drive through was still waiting at the speaker.
