For many years Wendy's has been a love/ hate relationship. They have the best food of any national fast food joint in my opinion but the preparation and service are hit or miss. The burgers are good if they pay attention to what you order on them, the fries are good, if they take the time to filter the fryer oil and don't let them sit for 25 minutes. The chicken sandwich has shrunk over the past years while the prices have steadily increased. but it's still tasty.

like the food we both had pretzel baconator two large fries we had our own coke's expensive for fast food .

We’re returning customers & we never had any problems.We understand that there’s other customers as well trying to get there food but we had sort of a wait. We literally live not even 5 minutes away and we’ve never had food go cold that fast once we open our bags and get ready to eat I can feel before opening that it was cold my bun was hard, our nuggets were rock hard and the French fries were so cold and soggy. I’ve never had problems with them but this was just straight up disappointing.

Awful customer service. Crew member was rude ordering and then walked away randomly halfway through. Slamming items on tray. Observed him do this with many other customers. Bathrooms both a mess with no soap in women’s and exploded paper towel dispenser in men’s.
