I don’t know what was going on today, but the entire inside and drive thru was packed. The cars were in the street and the whole parking lot was full. We got ice cream and waited a bit, which was fine and expected. The staff all appeared to be teenagers. You can see they were struggling with how busy they were, but they worked well as a team and did their very best. Most orders weren’t correct, but they were very professional and offered to fix the orders. Our order was not...
One of the nicer DQ's I've been to. The staff has been generally friendly over several years I've patronized this place. I stop here often because they have a clean bathroom and they are convenient between home health patients. I had a salad and cheeseburger today. Usually I get chili cheese dogs. Once in a while they forget the chili or the cheese but they're kids and it's a busy store. I've gotten cakes here too. Usually friendly, good service.
The food was great- no issues there! But the attitudes are terrible. The teenagers they have working for them have the worst attitudes. Very rude and need to learn to talk to people.
