We went in to eat. Was there for an hour and 45 mins. Took 20 mins to get our drinks, was never offered water. We waited an hour for two hamburgers, one with fries, one with onion rings. Was brought two fries. Asked for water and mayonnaise, had to ask again bc she forgot. The music was too loud and was charged for a drink we were told we couldn't have. A family of 4 came in after us, sat, ate and left all before we received our meals, there was only 2 of us. The service at this location is bad. Never again will we dine in here.

Visited this Applebee’s yesterday. The riblets were old, tough and chewy. The fries were cold. Service was slow. Glasses were plastic old, spotted, not clean. The restroom stall doors had no locks on them just a big hole where the lock used to be. The restaurant was not clean. This place needs to be shut down.

Orders treu app curb side pickup. They did not came to the car. So we went in. To find our order ready.. minus drink. So, the drink got made. In the car found out we got regual burgers, not bacon. Went back in. Stated order was wrong. Yet 2 other people plus phone got helped first. Then new once where gonna be made. Sadly wrong again. This time, with the union on it, that clearly deu to allergie was asked without. All in all.. hour after ordering, we had our by then, cold fries, clean picked not remakes bacon burger and a verry bad mood. I felt the manager tried.. but none of the waiters or kichen staf felt like they cared what they did

Ordered boneless wings and fries. Not sure how these got voted americas favorite? Dried out like they were reheated from the night before. We were first dining guest so not sure why they were so bad. Shoulda been hot fresh juicy but I got cold hard and dry.

I was there March 30, 2024 around 8:15 pm. I showed up in my wheelchair and was told that they are very busy and the couldn't accommodate me. My husband spoke up and they ended up giving us a table. My waiter was good, food was good. But discriminating against me or attempting to is not ok. I had just as much right to be there as anyone else.Wheelchair accessibility: They attempted to have me leave because I was in a chair.
We got the .50 cent boneless wings. They were delicious and came out fast. We also orders 2 ADÍOS margaritas and they were some of the best margaritas we had. Our server was a lady and she was so nice and I didn’t feel pressured to be in a rush. I would come here again before going to the one in my town.

My whole order was cold and old and just overall very gross. I asked multiple times in a very VERY polite manner to get it redone and they just “kept forgetting” that I asked. I just walked out and didn’t even eat. Never ever coming

I see now why this place has terrible ratings. My doordashers could not pick up my order and I wanted to figure out why.. two different people tried and no luck. Tried calling, no answer. Called 4x and pressed different options, no response. It’s been an hour and now the option to reorder isn’t available. I was even considering going to get it myself if it was still hot. But clearly the people at this establishment do not care. Some of us have dinner at 7 and others have it at 9:30. When you don’t close until 11 and it doesn’t take long to make a simple dish, that’s how you know you’ve failed as an establishment where your only job is to feed people. Manager should be taking responsibility and action rather than posting the same generic response on people’s posts. Some people don’t want to have to order McDonald’s for dinner and would like an actual meal!! Seriously disappointed and very hungry!

Watched parties seated after us receiving mixed drinks as my wife had to wait nearly through our full meal to get a bottled Angry Orchard. Ridiculous. Never going here again.
