We always had a good experience with this Arby's almost every time we would go, but the last couple of times we've been through the drive-through the food has been less than satisfying. Grabbed some food for the wife and this is what she discovers 😪 Reynoldsburg going down hill I'm afraid.

The food is good. The drive-through is hit and miss. You are either rushed or ignored, or both. Update: sat at the drive thru window waiting for them to get done with their cigarette break in the car for 15 minutes. They walked in (2 dark skinned males) the younger gay one has a terrible attitude. I was ignored. They took my order but never came to the window after their smoke break to take my money to pay for my food that I obviously never got. How is this place still in business cause it's the same man with the same attitude every time I go there causing a problem. Get people in the store that's actually going to work.

I prefer farther down main in Whitehall but this location is usually quick and gets it right every time. I don't think I've ever been to a BAD Arby's.

This location was pretty clean but I did not go in the bathrooms. The beef & cheddar was so sloppy I had to ask for a new bun to eat it. The amount of cheese could've covered probably 3 sandwiches! The employees were nice but the young couple (that one was friends with) laying on each other in the dining room could've been taken somewhere else. And when I say laying, I mean stretched out in the big booth with her head in his lap.

I love Arby's food, so I tend to visit frequently. I hate getting pulled forward, normally that means my order is going to be wrong and I either have to dig through bags to make sure it's right or come back to get the right order. Tonight I was pulled forward but they got my order perfect, thank you!

Had to wait over 45 minutes for an online order, others were waiting for late online orders and drive thru orders, workers acted like zombies, nonworking drink machines, and overall poor service. Evening service is very unproffesional therefore I will not spend my money at this Arby's in the evening anymore.
