Waited in the drive thru line forever and she finally took my order then quoted me the wrong amount. Pulled around and waited 10 mins before skipping out of line. Tried calling them so they wouldn't get the orders mixed up but no answer. Last week was the same way

Waited 10 mins at the speaker to have my order taken, only after i relayed my order ( a sandwich and cheese sticks) the woman wasn't ready yet apparently and had to wait another 10 mins. Then I get to the window and I overheard them discussing that my order hadn't even been started. Keep in mind the drive through was empty at this point except for the 5 people behind me waiting to order. Got pulled ahead and waited another 10 minutes for the food. By then end it had taken my full 30 minute lunch break to get a $10 order and I was late getting back, despite my job being only 1 minute down the road

There's not a star to give them! There needs to be maybe a half a star. I'm a security guard and I tried to do a walk of water through the drive-thru and instead of them saying they weren't allowed to open the window they just stood there and stared at me three different workers and they didn't have not a soul in the store nor a soul in the Drive-Thru window! I'll never give them my money!!

Arby's is always good... they've got the meats! Lol, so far, I have never had bad service at any Arby's location!
First time visiting this Arby's so I was impressed because my ordered was made through the drive thru window and I was pleasantly greeted, my food was freshly made at the time I ordered it so it was hot because I sat and watched them slicing my turkey meat and prepared it completely while sitting in my car watching through the drive thru window and not sitting in a pre-made rack and microwaved. I was also offered a drink while I waited. Since I went thru the drive thru window I could not say what the atmosphere was like inside however, because of the atmosphere at the drive thru window was pleasant I gave them a 5 stars anyway.

Spent darn $15 dollars and 15 minutes to get a meatless gyro. Pulled up to the window and the young girl thought a gyro was a Ruben( lord make it make sense) for the sake of being a child. I had to hold it in but seriously? Called and spoke with Ashley the manager. All I can say is lead and do better. I wish there was an area to post this picture. Just a hot, meatless mess!

Evelyn, the drive-thru service attendant at the Brice Road location, is an absolute delight. She has been there a long time, but she is careful to ensure accurate orders and has the most wonderful attitude.
