Evelyn, the drive-thru service attendant at the Brice Road location, is an absolute delight. She has been there a long time, but she is careful to ensure accurate orders and has the most wonderful attitude.
The food was good as usual for Arby’s. Service was excellent and servers kept checking up on us, which made for a pleasant surprise. Atmosphere was good for a fast food restaurant.
Parking: Always multiple open parking spots there.

Ordered food like normal, took over an hour just for 2 sandwiches and there were no customers at all and there were multiple workers in there waiting screen took 20 minutes to get a worker to let us order, then at the window after ordering took 20 minutes. Then another 60 to even get the food workers aren't doing their jobs at all in a completely empty store.

No one when we got here at first. After ordering they were more worried about drive through then the counter orders. I waited 15 minutes and still did not receive my food. I got a refund and went somewhere else. STAY AWAY.

I was just a little disappointed today because I ordered at 2 for $7 deal but I ordered Mozzarella sticks and I was told that is no longer part of the deal. Just a few days ago the kind and thoughtful Ms Evelyn raised no issue but today another team member was quick to point out that only Mac n' cheese bites qualify for the deal and I was just hoping that perhaps they would extend me another courtesy (I eat there a lot) unfortunately that's not what happen and I had to take my business somewhere else. I'm a very loyal person not entitled. Evelyn is usually always the server and is very pleasant but I don't know who was doing the serving today...so unfortunate.
10-8-24 waited at the drive thru for almost 15 minutes sitting in the same place called the restaurant and a woman with a high pitch squeaky voice answered and I asked if they were open and she said yes so I informed her that she has 6 cars waiting in her drive through that haven't moved in 15-20 minutes and she stated that no one was waiting in her drive through and that there was no line so I suggested that she look out the window or even peek outside the door and she got really nasty with me and disconnected the call and once she was informed that there were 6 cars waiting in her drive-thru, the line began to move. This was the worst experience that I ever had at this Arby's or any Arby's restaurant for that matter. She was disrespectful and rude and clearly was not doing her job because she had no idea that she had a line wrapped around her restaurant. This was unacceptable behavior hence this review that I can't believe that I'm having to send.

Do not go here unless you want someone taking your order while not paying a bit of attention to what you are saying. The lady that took our order was rude and could care less about her job. We asked twice that she took the order right. Our wrap was made wrong and they didn’t charge us for 2 things we asked for. They take the wrap to remake it and charge our card again for the missing items. Well she didn’t listen again and charged us for only one item. She then pulls us up to wait for the wrap. 10 minutes later we got it brought out and were told she didn’t charge us for one of the items so we had to go back around.
