Absolutely amazing!!!! Wonderful service, even gave me and my boyfriend one of our bowls for free when we couldnt pay for it, food was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. Def will be back!!

I love this bibibop! It has quickly become my go-to every week. Between the quick online ordering earning rewards getting a free bowll every now n then. It has become a Staple in our family! I always get myself an extra chicken bowl with extra pretty much everything and they HOOK IT UP!!! you gotta go in person though online ordering is slim and selective its better to just go in person and ask for extras! Get double noodles double kale double egg and cheese double chicken or steak and whatever extras you want! I love it!!! They do kind of skimp out on the delivery or online orders but in person they dont hold back theyll give ya what you want!!!! 5 Stars in person 4 stars online order could be alot better!!!!! And the price is AWESOME in this economy PS: BRING BACK BRUSSEL SPOUTS!!!!

Went to this location, they gave me 2 pieces of broccoli I asked for more the lady could barely understand me, I was told a different price than what I actually paid and when I talked to who I assume was the manger or acting manger she was rude and dismissive. I requested a full refund back and they could keep the food (which they did and say it to the side) , the lack of customer support throughout the whole company is horrible. I went to the website to inform them about the experience and received a pre-written AI response. I thought it would’ve been just this location id stop supporting but it’s actually the whole company and it sucks because I’m a loyal customer and has been since they first opened up. I usually don’t care to write reviews but the lack of customer care here had to be acknowledged!

Incredible manager

To start, this review is about customer service. Not missing sauces. We put together a bowl, including an extra sauce (so 2 sauces). Got the price, and hit x2, the price and everything on the order doubled. (Incl the sauce, it was now .60 for 2 extra - we double checked the receipt after the ordeal)

We pick it up and there was only 1 extra in the bag. So we have to park again, go inside to get the other. The person at the counter insisted on seeing the receipt (assuming he’s the one that did it wrong) and rudely said, “you only ordered one”. My wife explained we got two bowls, one for each. He said he would give it to us this time, but next time we needed to “order it correctly and pay for it” - implying we really wanted to park again, walk through the snow and slush, just to try to con BibiBop out of 30 cents.

I’m assuming since they normally only send one extra when they deliver it too, I’m guessing it’s because of how the receipt looks when you double the same order. It only shows one sauce at the bottom instead of 2, but it’s because the entire order is doubled. So probably just need to train employees on how the receipts look.

But again, the main issue is being rude and implying we tried to steal 30 cents. The food is always good.

Used to love this place. Miss the old toppings. Bean sprouts, cucumbers, and cabbage are missing. Bring back the old toppings and this would go to a 5 star

I went in to get my regular order only to find out the entire menu has changed and most of the options you're used to are gone. A big disappointment!!

Staff received my online order and decided they didn’t want to do it so they put headphones on and started cleaning an hour before close. Great food if you don’t order it online. Just won’t use this restaurant anymore after having to spend an hour getting a refund on my order that never got processed.

Ordered through DoorDash. When I received my meal it has eggs in it I am allergic to eggs and didn’t even select it as an option. And then I wanted kale included in my bowl and didn’t even get that. So disappointed

I’ve gone to this location multiple times and is a frequent of mine, and I absolutely always love the food, it tastes fresh. All the employees are always smiling and very quick to take your order!
