I am leaving this review as someone who was negatively impacted by the area manager. Not only did she get my fiancé and I sick by arriving to her job with a pending covid test AND pneumonia, but she also illegally overworked him (9 am-7:30 pm with a less than two hour break to go right back in and work 9:45 pm that same day THROUGH 6 pm the very next day), and belittled him by calling him outside of his name. I usually would not say anything, but his treatment was ABSURD! We both went to the hospital twice, and if you would like more information I have screenshots of conversations between my fiancé and his boss, my medical record and his, as well as recorded conversations. I would highly suggest if you are considering working at Boston market, DON'T!

This was last year. Just came from there and they forgot my have rack of ribs. I’m so tired of paying for food that I don’t get. Just went today they charged me and they had nothing to fill my order still waiting on that refund.this year my order 9555776824377348 again no chicken to complete the order. this now makes the 7th time this has happened this year and i cant keep getting billed to get nothing only to get my money back 7 days later. thanks but i will be going somewhere else from now on.

Ordered a 4 person all white meat FAMILY MEAL tonight @ 6:43pm online. Went to pick up at time quoted. Stood at pick up spot for over 10 min and NO ONE addressed me. Finally got the attn of one employee because she was looking for another order for a Door dasher and she handed me my order and walked away.I checked my order while there and found a 3 person Neal with ALL DARK MEAT. When I stated my order was incorrect the same employee called over another employee who said " oh, we ran out of chicken and that's all I had left by the time we filled it" ok???? And you weren't going to tell me?? And WHITE meat meals cost MORE and It isn't even enough for 4 people!! So I told her I would not accept order and would like a refund and was told SHE CANNOT REFUND MY $$ ??!!What kind of business is this??I was told that the general manager would " get to it tomorrow when she came in" Meanwhile I am out $44 and still have no food!! Besides that all you do is CHICKEN pretty much so how do you RUN OUT OF CHICKEN before 7pm on a weeknight??? I am fuming and in disbelief over the lack of professionalism at this place. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Not sure how they're still in business, but went here as a special request from my sick father.It was drive through only, not sure if the dining room is ever open, and we'd used the app to order ahead.The building is pretty rough, and you need to watch out for pot holes.The staff was nice enough, but it was just transactional.The food looked ok, but wasn't anything special.

I love this place but it's just so far from my house. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes I take the trip, get there and they would be out of chicken. The time before last, this happened. I even had a great coupon for that day only and they were out of chicken. This was the Brice rd location. I then drove east to the one on Main Street in Bexley AND THEY WERE CLOSED!! I live in Gahanna. Now I call before I leave to be on the safe side. I have to toss my coupon that day.

The food wasn't as warm as we would have liked and the quality of taste wasn't what we expected.
Rude, they would serve me because Its drive thru only. I drive a semi truck, just about every restaurant in America makes and exception for truckers. We are what keeps America moving.

This for all BM locations not just this one; Overall good chicken but the sides need more flavor the macaroni and cheese is very bland and not very tasty. You offer stuffing on holidays only and that is absurd think of those who like chicken and stuffing together. The red potatoes are usually good but at times rock hard. The mashed potatoes taste like you borrowed a hospital cafeteria recipe. I have slacked at eating here to seasonal wine there is stuffing because it is the best side in my opinion.

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! I drove over an hour from dayton to come get dinner for my family. By 630 I arrived and they had no chicken. Said it would be a 20 minute wait. I said fine I'll wait that's less than the drive I took. She tells me I can't wait I gotta leave and come back. Cool I leave and come back 25 minutes later. She tells me again there's no chicken it'll be 30 minutes. I told her I just waited 20 and she didn't even respond. I said hello 3 or more times... no response. I went to Store came back 30 minutes. She says there's no chicken and there won't be any chicken... at this rate my 3 year old in the back seat is ready to fight and it's about 8 pm. I ended up driving all the way to Columbus from dayton for a happy meal... thanks Boston Market.

Terrible company and terrible location.I was assigned a doordash order for them for a catering order and they decided to take all the money and do it themselves when they did not inform doordash about this.I will never personally eat here or pick up another order from them because they like to steal the tip as well.
