Buffalo Wild Wings

I should have known better. It had been a couple of years since my last visit. I originally went in to a different wing spot, but the wait was 40 minutes. I was hungry and said, screw it. Let's go to B dubs. We were seated immediately as the place was half empty at 730 on a Saturday night. 6 tables were dirty and stayed that way for most of the time. We waited 13 minutes for someone to stop by and take a drink order. 10 minutes to get our drinks which were half warm because they were low on ice. How can you not keep your ice full in that type of restaurant. While we were waiting for food, a server pulled the trash can into the dining area to clean off tables. Health code violation. Yes, I owned a restaurant for 4 years. Food was equal to the environment. You could see bare spots not coated with sauce. Tater tots were dark brown and had that "just about to burn" flavor. How do you burn tater tots? Our server checked our table and walked away without refilling drinks, which were empty. I learned my lesson a while ago with them. I guess I needed a reminder. Never again.

Have not been here in some time and pretty disappointed. You pay for their sauce and they don't use hardly any? They give you two cups of ranch and no sauce, why.

I'll buy the sauce for $3-4 bottle and get bare nuggets for 1/10 the price and it is better.

Place being so cheap so I won't be back

Went to watch a ncaa game on cbs. They said they can’t get it.

Every time I order some thing is missing last time I order hot wings they send me plain wings and this time missing pieces look like don’t care about customers ridiculous.

We had a bit of a wait even though it wasn't busy I looked it up before we came so I could order a frozen margarita only to be told the blender was broken so I ordered a regular one with a black cherry mix it was awful so I asked could I have another and was told they couldn't return alcohol.so the $11 dollar drink just sat there when I asked for the manager the bartender told her what I was complaining about before I could even speak thanks so much for the experience

I walked in at 10:29pm finally someone came out bout 10:31 and asked if I needed something and I said yes I would like to order some food. The female that I was talking to said we've already made last call and we close at 11 and if you would like to eat I can get the to go person for you...... what happened to customer service. I mean you don't want to work those 30 minutes. Slack service makes my pockets slack to go there again.

We got no service, got seated and no one took our drink order waited for 40 minutes never going back.

Walked in around 9 , spent 38 minutes waiting to get a drink , table beside got sat and served right away ,after an hour got up to leave and server at the door said “ did we forget to serve them?” Other server said “ ooh”.

Don’t get delivery from this location.it has went downhill pay $60 for some boneless wings and a couple sides just to get skimped portions and cold food wings are all shrunk from sitting in the warmer. I mean I pay .60 cents a ranch for extra ranch all of them barely half filled. I actually worked at this location in high school 😂the quality has dramatically changed I’ll never get bdubs again roosters from here on out 😂

I placed an order through door dash and my order sat there for an hour due to a “long line” my thing is BDUBS you have been in the game long enough to understand that for any pick up orders THAT ARE ALREADY PAID FOR you need to separate and have a separate line for so that people aren’t having to deal with cold food due to every customer taking their sweet time to place an order. You have an employee who is extremely inadequate at handling any complaints and brings nothing to the table but nasty remarks/comments his name is Shawn and I am not a fan. Y’all suck I wish roosters was on door dash. Over priced for the worst performance shame shame shame

The waitress was great. But long wait times. The manager is clueless on how to run a restaurant. Saw him standing at the drink station while the kitchen was completely backed up with to go food. Won’t be back to this location ever again.
