Restaurant almost empty bad service, food went to different table

I wish this wasn't the closest one to my house; I've never dealt with a restaurant this determined not to answer their phone. Every. Single. Time we order. It takes 7 to 10 calls until they finally pick up. Sometimes I even hear the phone answer then get hung up.

Ordered food for pick up, and here's what they gave me for carrots! NASTY!

Showed up around 9:00 p.m., waited for 10 minutes to get seated. The restaurant appeared to be fairly empty when we got there. The process of getting seated involved a staff person handing us two menus and saying take that table over there. It was another 20 minutes before we had the server come over to get a drink order. Finally get our food after another 30 minute wait and the wings were cold. Sent them back because of being cold. The next order came out after another 15-minute wait and they were also barely warm. I do not recommend anybody going to this place. I think management needs to take a better look at how the places ran. The waitress once she realized we were there was wonderful.

Compared to other locations the chicken is small. Also the to go service is terrible, long wait even though nobody else was waiting. Could hear the staff in the back goofing around, which I couldn’t care less about if I wasn’t waiting for someone to help me. They also forgot multiple items from my order.

We should have turned around as soon as we walked in. Our mistake. Stood inside door for at least 5 min. before being greeted. Someone then came and sat us in a booth. The booth was dirty. I cleaned it myself with wipes I carry in my purse. The food was ok. It wasn’t hot. There were not very many people in there and the place was just dirty. There were several people waiting on to go orders for a long time. Workers were behind the counter on their phone. I’m not from the area, but stopped thinking it would be ok just because it was BW3. I will not be returning.

Slow service. Too much talking in the back and leaving customers out front to wait. Probably the reason why the food is not ready in time as well. Wings were burnt and covered with extra sauce to try to cover taste. Fries were very cold.

Someone stole my credit card information and had a nice dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. Sad, they have kids or are kids and can't afford to feed themselves even at a wild wings. I am the REAL Geraldine.

And left no tip. I thought that was pretty rude. I have a feeling they could have been teenagers as well. I hope the food was good. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but what a boring choice in appetizers.

I should have known better. It had been a couple of years since my last visit. I originally went in to a different wing spot, but the wait was 40 minutes. I was hungry and said, screw it. Let's go to B dubs. We were seated immediately as the place was half empty at 730 on a Saturday night. 6 tables were dirty and stayed that way for most of the time. We waited 13 minutes for someone to stop by and take a drink order. 10 minutes to get our drinks which were half warm because they were low on ice. How can you not keep your ice full in that type of restaurant. While we were waiting for food, a server pulled the trash can into the dining area to clean off tables. Health code violation. Yes, I owned a restaurant for 4 years. Food was equal to the environment. You could see bare spots not coated with sauce. Tater tots were dark brown and had that "just about to burn" flavor. How do you burn tater tots? Our server checked our table and walked away without refilling drinks, which were empty. I learned my lesson a while ago with them. I guess I needed a reminder. Never again.

Have not been here in some time and pretty disappointed. You pay for their sauce and they don't use hardly any? They give you two cups of ranch and no sauce, why.

I'll buy the sauce for $3-4 bottle and get bare nuggets for 1/10 the price and it is better.

Place being so cheap so I won't be back

Went to watch a ncaa game on cbs. They said they can’t get it.

Every time I order some thing is missing last time I order hot wings they send me plain wings and this time missing pieces look like don’t care about customers ridiculous.

We had a bit of a wait even though it wasn't busy I looked it up before we came so I could order a frozen margarita only to be told the blender was broken so I ordered a regular one with a black cherry mix it was awful so I asked could I have another and was told they couldn't return alcohol.so the $11 dollar drink just sat there when I asked for the manager the bartender told her what I was complaining about before I could even speak thanks so much for the experience
