I don’t think they want anyone eating in the dining room here. I was there on Saturday January 3rd at 9:00am and it was freezing in there. I am not the kind of person who is cold often. I wear shorts 365. I wear shorts when I shovel snow. Unfortunately this is about the only place I can meet my fiancé for breakfast before she goes to work. The next time we have breakfast there I will be bringing a space heater.

Came and noticed the lobby needed clean. We order our food and went to sit down. Ever table we came to was dirty. So I cleaned our table. As we are eating a make employes comes by us and just stir out the window. Ok I can understand in your down time you want to relax. But you need to do your job. Clean the lobby and tables. Check your bathroom. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.

I don't know what it is, but every single time I come at this location I spend at least almost 5 minutes waiting at the speaker for someone to wait on me or help me just take my order. This is like the third time this week and today I literally didn't have the time to just sit and wait as the only car in the drive-through

This was one of the best BKs I've been to, surprisingly. The lobby was pretty clean and the staff were really friendly. All the food was really good and decently sized compared to other fast food places.

Ordered impossible whopper, was given standard whopper. Told to drive around. Went in asked for refund and got a lecture from employee. Left without food without $5.56

The morning manager is awesome—she does a great job. I used to dislike this location, but since it's the only one nearby, I just stopped going. A few days ago, I decided to give it another try, and it was a great experience. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. I went back again this morning, and it was just as good. I really hope the new manager stays—she's fantastic!
