I’m not sure who the manager is on shift right now. January 31,2026 @ 1:30pm but I placed a door dash order and I we didn’t receive our drinks for our $60 something order and they haven’t picked up the first 15 calls. When they finally pick up she was rude, wouldn’t let us speak and now the phone is ringing busy.

CRAZY DADS_CHANNEL!!

I stopped through the drive thru to get my wife some food. I'll prolly never go back to that location again. The girl in the window was nice but the food was terrible. The cheese bites tasted old and wasn't very hot. I ordered no pickles on my double cheese burger. Guess what, my wife had to remove the pickles before she ate the sandwich. She threw away the rest of the cheese bites. And what really blew my mind was the drive thru attendant asking me if I wanted my change? Why wouldn't I. I told her to keep it since it's obviously more important for them to keep my change than me. That's why restaurants don't last long around my location. Bad management. It might be because the industry doesn't pay that well so all the adults that grew up in the industry, left. I once was a manager in the food industry. I loved it but left because of bad pay. And places wonder why they have to board the windows up after years of declining service.

Terrible customer service!!! I felt super rushed while ordering my food. They didn’t even ask what sauces I wanted for my chicken fries or onion rings. After each item the woman just kept saying, “anything else?” each time. I had to tell them my sauce preferences and they didn’t even give them to me. Food wasn’t fresh either

Who is running this place? And why? For the love of God just shut this place down already. If you want crappy service, just go here. This place is worse than McDonald’s when it comes to crappy service. I went through the drive thru today at 6:30pm, I’m told to move up and wait, they bring my food out, but forget my kids meal. I walk inside to ask for it. There is an old man who wants his sandwich remade because they added ketchup and the girl is just looking at him like he is wrong. There is a couple waiting infront of me trying to order. I stand there for 10 minutes waiting, no one greets me or the couple in front of me. NOTHING. And the entire 10 minutes that I am waiting there is an employee making sandwiches and he is cussing the whole time screaming, throwing food. Talking crap about costumers, lmfao. There was 4 people in the restaurant and a couple cars in the driver thru and you can’t handle that? Look across the street at Culvers how busy they are, and their employees NEVER act like that. This BK has the dumbest and rudest and laziest people on earth working there. I cant imagine why anyone would be ok with this? This is not how you run a business. I’m definitely going to reach out to corporate, I hope this place shuts down, the sooner the better. The employee acting a fool had to be the manager, because if he was working for me acting like that he would have been fired on the spot, and I probably would have called the police on him. Ridiculous. But he made a good sandwich, I’ll give him that. lol.

The rude lady that works at the drive thru needs to stop talking over people when trying to order. Maybe if you'd stop running your mouth you'd hear their order. I can only imagine how many screwed up orders this location has due to her lack of communication skills. It shows. Don't be surprised if your food is wrong and their soda machines don't work or purposely give you nasty drinks because their under staffed 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Terrible all around. I hate seeing food service employees underwear. The manager comes through the drive thru with his pants past his bottom what does this tell you about there sense of customer respect? Also this store is in my experience trash!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have had an order free from some kind of issue. Note to the owner this is a prime location either hold staff to standard or please sell I will be contacting corporate.

I ABSOLUTELY love their 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches. I always get the sausage, egg and cheese croissant and my husband gets the bacon, egg and cheese croissant $5 breakfast meal that comes with a small coffee and their hash brown bites. This is always my go to breakfast if I get up in time lol

Waited in line for 20 minutes for some supposedly fresh chicken and it was still rubbery like it wasn't even all the way cooked came back inside and asked what the big deal was I got nothing but an attitude a bunch of lip places trifling needs cleaned up and especially with customer service apparently the cell phone is more important than serving customers staff could be a little bit well dressed versus looking like they're going outside to a picnic

Geesh for a location that just opened not long ago their service and food sucks. I don't understand how there can be only 2 or 3 cars in front of me and it takes over 30 minutes to get my order at the window. I've been to this location twice and finally when I get my food it is undercooked, cold or burnt. It's no wonder this place is always dead and the Culvers across the street is always packed all day long. I have never had an issue at Culvers better food, faster service and an all around great experience every time I eat there or at the drive thru. I will never do business with Burger King again. It's no wonder they are all shutting down across Columbus. Cause they all suck!

The impossible burger 🍔 was undercooked. Tasted like slime. I asked for well down and they still gave me müsh burger. Very disappointed. I won't ever go there again.
