Burger King

The manager, whose name I don't know, was VERY RUDE. I told him the employee who had entered the bathroom took too long because she was smoking marijuana. To my surprise, it turned out to be the other manager on duty. I told her that wasn't right, since smoking is generally not allowed in any food establishment, and the aroma was too unpleasant.

The manager asked me how I knew it was her who had smoked.

When I opened the door and entered the bathroom, it was more than obvious, and there were no women around. He told me that didn't matter, since marijuana is legal in Columbus. I told him it didn't matter that it was legal; the business and the place MUST be RESPECTED because people are working, not relaxing in THEIR home.

For the sake of image, they can't allow their employees on duty to smoke as if they were at home. They understand that they are going to work, not to relax or de-stress by smoking in their work area, thus ruining a familiar place. This employee must be reminded that he is there to provide a service, not to argue with clients and defend irregularities, just because he himself confirmed that he also smokes. Let them do what they like with their free time, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WORK, THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND NOT JUSTIFY THEIR EMOTIONAL IRREGULARITIES.

HIS ATTITUDE IS REALLY DISASTERFUL, HE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT POSITION, WHAT HE DOES IS RUDE, NEGLIGENT AND UNJUSTIFIABLE

We went through the drive thru and the woman that greeted us said to look at the menu and she will get back to us. No big deal so we wait about five minutes and get kind of aggravated and start to drive off before they got on the speaker. We ordered (after repeating our order several times) and got to the window and got no greeting at all and the women wasn’t exactly kind either. Won’t be coming back.

I dont necessarily think it's hard to take a moment to say hello to someone you're serving, let alone not be confused when a customer simply asks for a condiment like a ketchup at a fast food establishment.
They threw my sandwich in and fries in the back sideways instead of taking a moment to properly serve the food. These things take no extra time and is a deliberate choice from the staff to not care about their jobs. I worked at a fast food restaurant once, and I took the time to care. Do better!

Great fish sandwich, always fresh, not like McDs

So much better than the previous Burger King in Pickerington. Everything was freshly made. Restaurant was very clean. Staff is very polite and professional.

This is by far the finest burger king I've seen in ohio. The food was fresh, hot, and tasty. The people were friendly. The restaurant was very well kept, and the restrooms were clean and well stocked.

I walked in and I was greeted and a nice lady took my order. Whopper meal and a Whopper junior. I got my drink and by the time I got to my table the food was ready. This was probably the best Whopper I’ve had in some time. Fresh, hot and looked like it is supposed to. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. No surprises just a great over all experience.

Order 2 Shroom n Swiss Melts at the drive through. Cheese was not melted at all, meat and mushrooms were actually cold. The picture shows these burgers on toasted bread, but what I got was not toasted, just plain white bread. Very disappointing and I will definitely not come back again, as it was obvious that no one even tried to make a decent sandwich. For heaven’s sake they could have at least tossed it in the microwave long enough to get it to room temperature.

I just bought a crispy chicken sandwich from Burger King. The item was not good and way overcooked. I not planning on going back to this location.

I’ve ordered twice now and they just can’t seem to include all my items in my order.

Place is chronically missing menu items. This time they were out of onion rings and sprite then forgot a few items. How does a fast food place run out of things like buns or patties...

To top it off the food is usually so dry/missing ingredients we never end up eating it all.

Why do I keep going back? Next closest one is like 10 minutes further away ?

Worst bk I've been to the two older people in charge were extremely rude to the younger employees and also rude to me and my family. They not only forgot parts of my order but the customer service was horrible. I heard the older man calling the customers fat for getting mad about missing their burger. The older woman yelled at my husband saying he got a different order while he said he didn't. The only good employee interaction I had was with Jordan. He is a good employee and super respectful. His higher ups could learn a thing or two from him.

I got turned away 10mins before close... By the gentleman standing out back blazing a blunt.
