Order 2 Shroom n Swiss Melts at the drive through. Cheese was not melted at all, meat and mushrooms were actually cold. The picture shows these burgers on toasted bread, but what I got was not toasted, just plain white bread. Very disappointing and I will definitely not come back again, as it was obvious that no one even tried to make a decent sandwich. For heaven’s sake they could have at least tossed it in the microwave long enough to get it to room temperature.

I just bought a crispy chicken sandwich from Burger King. The item was not good and way overcooked. I not planning on going back to this location.

Place is chronically missing menu items. This time they were out of onion rings and sprite then forgot a few items. How does a fast food place run out of things like buns or patties...

To top it off the food is usually so dry/missing ingredients we never end up eating it all.

Why do I keep going back? Next closest one is like 10 minutes further away ?

Worst bk I've been to the two older people in charge were extremely rude to the younger employees and also rude to me and my family. They not only forgot parts of my order but the customer service was horrible. I heard the older man calling the customers fat for getting mad about missing their burger. The older woman yelled at my husband saying he got a different order while he said he didn't. The only good employee interaction I had was with Jordan. He is a good employee and super respectful. His higher ups could learn a thing or two from him.

So I just went to this drive thru, and all they have to sell were whopper jr patties?!!! And the broiler was down. What kind of management is running this place?! Never had a good experience here.

Maybe I'm just dumb but I came through the drive thru for a 2 for 5 and was charged 5.78 on FOOD on tax free weekend. Didn't realize we could tax food not eaten inside the store?

Didnt eat. Line was so long there were cars waiting to be served and many people in the lobby waiting. Bathrooms smelled like bong water. Even the door dash people were waiting and asked multiple times for their order.

Nah cause like if you come here around 7:30pm, you're most likely waiting 10-15mins for your food. This is when there's maybe 1-2 people in front of you and barely anyone inside. I only got a single combo for me.

I sometimes go there for breakfast- I love their "hashbrowns", which are flat tater-tots. If you have bacon on your breakfast sandwich, ask for double. One strip just doesn't do it. They've recently added ham along with the bacon and sausage.
