Waited in line for 20 minutes for some supposedly fresh chicken and it was still rubbery like it wasn't even all the way cooked came back inside and asked what the big deal was I got nothing but an attitude a bunch of lip places trifling needs cleaned up and especially with customer service apparently the cell phone is more important than serving customers staff could be a little bit well dressed versus looking like they're going outside to a picnic

Geesh for a location that just opened not long ago their service and food sucks. I don't understand how there can be only 2 or 3 cars in front of me and it takes over 30 minutes to get my order at the window. I've been to this location twice and finally when I get my food it is undercooked, cold or burnt. It's no wonder this place is always dead and the Culvers across the street is always packed all day long. I have never had an issue at Culvers better food, faster service and an all around great experience every time I eat there or at the drive thru. I will never do business with Burger King again. It's no wonder they are all shutting down across Columbus. Cause they all suck!

The impossible burger 🍔 was undercooked. Tasted like slime. I asked for well down and they still gave me mĂŒsh burger. Very disappointed. I won't ever go there again.

Went thru drive tonight before 11pm... ordered 2 cheeseburger combo meal originally chicken sandwich with no lettuce add cheese well fries were old but they pulled me up... chicken had no cheese on it and I live 30 minutes away so I tried to call at 1130pm closed or not your still there & if your not i see why the food was bad.. im very upset.. I will be calling in morning..

At the window ; she seriously made my day. Her energy was so inviting and made my sour day sweet. I will drive fifteen minutes out of my way to get this kind of service. She's an asset yall.

Went thru the drive thru today to order some lunch for my mom and I! My mom is 63 and always gets the senior discount any time we go to other burger kings. Well we were right by this one and decided to try it out, lesson be learned, should’ve just went with the one on broad street! We got to the window and told them she has the golden buckeye card, and what I’m assuming to be the manager rudely yelled no from the parking lot. Meanwhile the girl at the window has a deer in the headlights look on her face the ENTIRE time we are at the window! Another couple girls come to the window and rudely tell us they don’t offer that here (weird, think tall are the ONLY bk that doesn’t then) This place lacks customer service, and they have no idea how to greet guest not use politeness! 10/10 do not recommend and will NEVER be going back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cashier ignored me for 10 minutes. When I asked if I can place an order the manager very rudely said we're busy and to wait. All 3 employees got aggressive because I said the manager was being very rude. I will never be back and if you are looking for a good meal go elsewhere.

A gentleman working there was mocking another employee by saying things like “i don’t know how they do it in your country but here in America, strawberry and cherry are different” it was very uncomfortable and clearly she didn’t enjoy it as there was 0 smile and she stopped talking. He continued to make fun of her and without me knowing initially made me a part of the mockery by asking me right away are cherry and strawberry different. Didn’t appreciate being part of insulting someone and their country.

This was very rude way to talk to a customers. Very unprofessional. This was my first time going Burger King bc they had Naruto toy collection and the manager was very rude. Never visiting this place again
