Horrible workers denied a child to sit with mother cause they had a party of 5 and had the child sit on the other side of resturant. Luckily I didnt just drop her off cause she would of been sitting by herself.

If you order to go....Don't leave without checking your food! They will weight your seafood with the veggies. You buy a pound of shrimp they give you potatoes to add weight. And they will burn your damn Beignets. If you ask for Caramel which the beignets used to come with. And they used to have a lot of Caramel on them like smothered. Now they act like they put it on and it soaks in before you open the box. The manager had the nerve to tell me the Caramel soaked into the beignets within the 10 minutes it took me to get home. I had to literally buy some damn Ghiradelli's Caramel for their damn beignets.
So I called to get the beignets replaced and they were willing but I had to bring the beignets back when I came in. I'd be fine with that if I knew the next time I was going to go there again. Or the next time we want some damn beignets. So I figured a bad review is worth the $14 in beignets. But I might just keep them for a couple weeks and when we want some beignets I'll return them then and see how that goes.

We were in town for a memorial service and we decided to stop by and give a try as we love a good seafood boil...OMG, fantastic!! The food was absolutely perfect! Tanya was the best server as well, she was not overly pushy on asking if we needed anything (she knew we were enjoying our meal) but she always knew when we needed something. We cant wait to come back.

Ordered a Salmon Alfredo with an extra piece of salmon on the side. Got home with my order and the salmon wasn’t in the bag. I called them and said that the salmon wasn’t in the bag. They said that I can come back and get the salmon that I ordered. So I went back to the location, and they did not give me what I ordered because they’re telling me that I needed to bring the entire order back to verify when I told the person on the phone that I have a hungry child and I would come back afterwards. The person I talked to on the phone said it was OK. When I got there, they wanted me to go back and get the order to verify that it wasn’t in the bag. And basically gave them free money, wasted gas driving back and forth, and never got my salmon.

Although the seafood boils are delicious, however I remember when I used to get utensils, napkins, gloves, all that good stuff inside my bag along with it. The last few trips had none of that stuff in the bag, my point is do not miss out on the purpose or customer service that you once had train your employers the importance of customer service and doing things right to where the customer don’t have to come back and ask for things like that. And it look like the bag have gotten smaller smh.
First time trying this restaurant and it was fabulous! Our server Will was so sweet and made my grandmother and I feel like family. It’s rare to get good food and good service these days but we hit the jackpot today!

We were greeted as we walked in and taken to a booth immediately. As we walked through the restaurant, we were surprised how large it is and we really liked the nautical theme. Our server, Tanya, quickly took our drink order and thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions as first time customers. The hush puppies that we ate as an appetizer were among the best we have ever had, and we order them often. I had the salmon alfredo which was so, so good and a huge order. My husband ordered fried shrimp and onion rings, another generous order. We ended up with a large “doggie bag.” We absolutely want to highlight Tanya. She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient, as good as you’ll find in the restaurant business. She went out of her way to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to returning because of the food, the service and the very reasonable prices.
